Yes, the medallion has been found, but there's still lots to talk about. Feel the need for more than virtual discussion? Then join the Re-Hash Bash, Sunday, Jan. 27, at noon at Merriam Park in St. Paul.

You are choosing to focus solely on Devil's Den by what one person has said? The hunt hasn't even started. Like Terry said, keep an open mind.
Oh i am keeping an open mind... It's just that DD has really been helping me out..and others from the looks of it.. I didn't know I was the only one who knew also
I don't know that greatness can be determined by people finding it or not. I respect people on here and feel they are great for the passion with which they hunt, and also their ability to noodle clues and figure out what park it's at. I think that is a sign of greatness, being able to figure out what park it is at consistently. After that, it's just a bit of luck to find the medallion.
Penny, I would still like to know how the Devil's Den has helped you the past three years. Yes Ian, you could say you were in the right area if you visited every park. But there are people on here who I feel are great for various reasons. Their history and experience with the hunt, their passion for digging, their ability to noodle clues. There's a difference in saying you were right if you're at the correct park on the 4th clue, or if you're at the correct park after 100's of people have already began digging it up.
I have found that if I visit every park, at least I can say I was in the right area.
i'm gonna have to try that ian. lol. i love it. and since we're talking acronyms that can be helpful, i've heard that lsd and xtc can also be helpful, too pennies. doesn't mean anyone here uses them though.
i've got a total of maybe 3 over on the east side. and i gotta admit. i was impressed with the plowing. they not only got all the way to the curb, but they got to the pavement too.
I'll explain Devil's Den...but I'll only reveal a few words about it a day....To keep the suspense up in the water cooler! Devil's Den sure has helped hunters out in the last few years....I cant just give it away.
However, there are a few who know of Devil's Den...maybe they will reveal information about it to you....
--No need 2explain it pennies, I am already familiar with devil's den and its location. Nearly found the med at conway the first year i heard about devil's den. it should contribute to my luck in this year's hunt**
So anyway, I finally got my button today, just have to mail my card now. Also, I went out and scoped H.I. and the capitol grounds today, I've got a good feeling about the capitol, I don't know why though.
in light of september 11, rush, i don't think they'd even consider putting it on the capitol grounds. cap. sec. would probably have kittens if they did.
Hmmm....Im interested at where you get this information Ian...it's fascinating! However, click on my link to find out about where I got the word "Kuruption"
I too am leary as well, after the 9/11, but I had a good feeling about it. Do you think they would hide it at a place like the capitol or some other park that has a lot of meters so that they can make some easy money?

Pennies, I'm curious, how has Devils Den helped you in the past three hunts?
Well he hasn't found it yet so it can't be that great.
Please enlighten us.

I don't think the HCA he's talking about is the acid
Ian that was classic, hydroxycitric acid, thats the ticket.
I used to be way into lsd, but I can't say it helped with the medallion. pcp, thc, xtc...gotta try those theories someday.

And how much is on the ground there.
We got between a trace and an inch extra here around como today, to go with the 4-5 we already had

I'm confused too, and I'm not getting any answers here. At least Scribe is here to help pass the time.
So anyway, I finally got my button today, just have to mail my card now. Also, I went out and scoped H.I. and the capitol grounds today, I've got a good feeling about the capitol, I don't know why though.
Not to worry Mr.Splitter,I'm cofussed all the time!
For the record,my meteorology career is apparently over,I got at least four inches and climbing here by the Guv's house.
I really hope the cluse this year are music related, so i dont end up regreting taking "history of rock and roll" over "history of minnesota"
