Yes, the medallion has been found, but there's still lots to talk about. Feel the need for more than virtual discussion? Then join the Re-Hash Bash, Sunday, Jan. 27, at noon at Merriam Park in St. Paul.
peaceful
Hey Sethmon think about the days of hunters and gatherers with a Russian twist and maybe you can figure it out?
Or perhaps due to the little amount of snow on the ground, it is hidden inside of a log, which someone could easily trip over.Yeah, yeah, I like that idea. They have hidden it in logs before. Perfect year to do it again with the lack of sure snow
what about Cherokee? There is that big cluster of woods next to the hill. That is all on the south side of the park, so stay away from that area to find the medallion?
Conrad, I'm starting not to like your insight. You are too smart and thus with every insight you give, self-doubt creeps in. That is an EXCELLENT thought...Hmmmmmmm. Ok timeout, time to gameplan again. Gee thanks Conrad :)
Does anyone know exactly how many parks have chess boards in their picnic tables? I recall walking up a large hill only to find those, and I want to say Merriam, but cannot recall. It was actually the last year it was at Cherokee, but not sure which park? Ring a bell anyone?
Goodnight all, i'm getting up early to check out SEVERAL parks highland, merrium, hidden falls, hillcrest, AA, etc. Good luck to you all, and remember if you find 2 share one with me.

if you "trip" over the goods, you FALL, right?
I thought a hunter's pride would be the kill or even it's dog?

One definition of pride is: the best part of a group, nation, ect.
Green, only one I know of is Minneapolis
look at pg 42 !! there is a wooded area and then a steep hill behind the library

Tidbit......Hillcrest has a 4th of July party, with fireworks and they can fit thousands of people in there......humm
Let me check the phone book. Nothing is coming to mind here.
BTW - It was Cherokee '98 in clue #2 that mentioned high ground.
Thanks, Regal!
peaceful?
ME2, there is hardly a wooded area!

if time and tide, fun and slide doesn't mean Highland - what else can it mean?
I am trying to noodle some stuff.

Roosevelt is not a school nor a street in the City of St. Paul.

Sethmon- Didn't you learn anything in your sociology class? Maybe I have the wrong person, if so, sorry.
yes tim, the first line is our biggest clue - now if we can just discern what it means
I am gonna hit the sheets here too, scds.
Time and tide, fun and slide
tides have waves, waves have crests; people have fun sliding on hills; HILLCREST?
Ohhhhhh I remember noW!!! How are ya doing?
Has anyone thought of the first clue saying something about lighting a spark or something like that meaning anything about the Torchlight parade??
This clue is a street folks, not a park- it's too early ---they blew it year before last- they wont do it again
It may be high land - but not Highland Park.
Knowing Highland fairly well, there's no place down the hill to be FAR from the woods.
Goodnight all, too little info to rack the brain. night all.
Goodnight all, i'm getting up early to check out SEVERAL parks highland, merrium, hidden falls, hillcrest, AA, etc. Good luck to you all, and remember if you find 2 share one with me.
