Yes, the medallion has been found, but there's still lots to talk about. Feel the need for more than virtual discussion? Then join the Re-Hash Bash, Sunday, Jan. 27, at noon at Merriam Park in St. Paul.
Going w/ the theory that the medallion could be hid in a Treasure Hunters Guide, I am reading the clue's last 2 lines:
Show that carnival hunter's pride (show as in the word reveal the book) And once you have revealed it, you may trip over the goods. Trip could mean flip over the finding the goods.
My father in law thinks Im crazy for being so gung ho for this years hunt, next year he is going to hide all my X-mas presents up a polarbears arse!!!!!!!!!
"The Battle Creek Ski Foundation announces the Ski Games at Battle Creek to be held on January 26–27, 2002. The games will be held at Battle Creek Park in St. Paul and will attract cross country skiers from local, regional and international locations. Six unique, competitive ski events will take place involving high school, college, junior, senior and master cross country skiers. The trails at the Battle Creek Winthrop site are spectator friendly and organizers plan quite a spectacle for the Twin Cities community to watch. The highlight of the competition will be a 30K race on Sunday."
Me thinks this puts BC outta the running... So to speak...
Green: If anything that takes it out of the running, last thing they want to do is screw up their cross country ski trails right before their big get together

Violent,Its kind of funny that you mention that! Fact is, the first apprehension on the FBI most wanted list was made down in those very caves on Water St.
ah, i think that it's wrapped in a tide box with a watch...down the hill, far from the woods really makes me think cherokee, but i'm sure that's as much desire on my part as anything else
I'll have some with me, if I ever run into you.

Good to see you here Heather!
I doubt anyone would end up where I was today, but somebody is living in the side of the hill overlooking Crosby, just off of Shepard Rd.
someone is living there? what...they built a house?
It's more like an overhang, with a tarp hanging down.
good to see you too mk & ath...
is como the only other one? i think como has two strikes against it being the 2nd year in a row and no golf course mentioned in the clue...
damn....thats kinda whack...i wonder if its someone from americas most wanted
thanks annie b.
I know...it kinda shook me, cause I really wasn't sure where I was.
KC - did you find the Treasure Hunter's Guide site?

damn...really?
ian, thanks alot 4 the sites. I was checking them out. they're good
Heather- Could be either,
I think Time and Tide mean season, and Fun and slide - could be either summer slide or winter slide..
tomatos tamatas, potatoes patatas
Battle Creek also has waterfalls, but with the skiing events on the 26-27, I don't think its likely to be there
That rocks...Ive been in them caves all along through there...thats cool that something worthwhile actually went on in there at one point.
why not BC? think of all the years they've had it at como. that wasn't too much interference.
ah, i think that it's wrapped in a tide box with a watch...down the hill, far from the woods really makes me think cherokee, but i'm sure that's as much desire on my part as anything else
Damn ninjas...im just gonna go back to what i was sayin earlier. Its in the frog pond at como.
