Yes, the medallion has been found, but there's still lots to talk about. Feel the need for more than virtual discussion? Then join the Re-Hash Bash, Sunday, Jan. 27, at noon at Merriam Park in St. Paul.

jenn lyn...go down to hidden falls...its fun to just kick around down ther if not anything else!
this is just anouther thought but due to the lack of any winter type weather ,i,m thinkin these clues are gonna be so far fetched that,it might take6-7 clues to get the slightest idea, of witch park to search, or someone walking there dog, will stuble on to it by the 5th
Hmmm, seems like a less likely interpretation of in and on the air than a broadcast tower. Which is to say if I were the cluewriter and I wanted to refer to that dome, I don't think it would occur to me to describe it that way.
I've made a couple of hunts for my Yahoo club and I know one of the trickier parts of designing a hunt is knowing how hard to make it. Is this clue too obvious and you're giving away the whole thing? Is this one too hard and no one is likely to ever get it? It can be a hard thing to judge, and since it seems to be a new cluewriter this year, thay may not have a good feel for that yet. Thus it wouldn't surprise me if it turned out they underestimated us and the hunt actually does end up being fairly easy.
Thoughts on what I sloged through from last night...
Everyone is saying that "Ok, Ok" can be reversed to spell Koko the gorilla. There is no koko at the como zoo, koko was the gorilla that could use sign language, the famous gorilla from the como zoo is casey.
Hey gang...just got back up and running in the cooler but have been browsing! Where to start? I am more than confident it is nowhere near a golf course-they get preety uptight over that. I like the idea of the KMSP tower, etc.-but why is everyone ruling out Mounds so fast with the reference to no fear & kill? Just curious?
Yep DQ, I honestly don't think they have given us enough to pin it down yet. If the air clue refers to antenna, there are over a dozen parks in the guide that fit. I think this was our first official landmark clue, the other three don't give park info, except maybe in an incredibly general sense.
I am not sure what you mean by hover...they fly more direct because they are heavier so you can "direct" them at a target. You hit the basket and it has iron bars that taper toward the bottom that holds the frisbee. There is a lot of walking (up and down hills)?
yup, I really liked HP till last nights clue. but I noticed that HP does have disk golf. that would be how I would expain disk golf then, if I were writing the clues. but then again, I'd also point to things that would only fit to a specific park too. not like the novice that's writing them this year. lol

finally got it snow mom!
what time were you thinkin about headin out?
jenn try several parks and dif in best spot in park for a short time
classof69, I checked most of that island. But I wasn't looking for antenna or anything else air related, since #4 wasn't out yet.
Another point for St. A. If the phrase "time and tide" refers to the quote "time and tide wait for no man," a saint is not a mere man.
frosti, what do you think about fair meaning clear?
allison what do you think of the inflated dome that is on the air you can clearly see that at aa
I too have to shower. But I could be ready in about an hour. I sent you 2 e-mails, did you get both?

Fair is Frank. Indian Mounds.
Can anybody name some cities in Oklahoma that may be street names?

just one snow mom, with your phone # I will give you a call when I'm walking out the door k?
Lexington, Oklahoma
OK LL, I'm getting in the shower now. Bye everyone, happy noodling!
good point...I haven't been back there today, can't dig again in daylight until fri am...
with little snow I am anxious it could be found by getting lucky and just guessing the park and looking around
low snow means more emphisis on dig time...
frosti, "tip" of the church steeple maybe

I wonder if birds can read :) maybe mine is trying to tell me something with all the whistles :)
clear as in clear ave.? could be I suppose. That's over on the west side of Phalen, by the rec center isn't it?
mornin' all. I'm more tired now than when I went to sleep. took me darn near an hour slogging the clues from when I went to bed.
Anyway, I'm going to get going. Still want to try and get into work today even though I've had a stomache ache all morning.
arrgghh, still don't see it much clearer. Still like crosby or highland though.
Bye, Allison! Maybe I'll see you at Merriam tonight (after I'm done diggin up St. A, of course!)
tip=point which could then equal point douglas rd...the entrance to zone 3 BC
Hiya....what time you gonna go out??
Morning heads!
btw...there is a lyon street on the n side of zone 3 BC
you can fit the clues quite easily to a number of parks. that's why it is so frustrating this year.

how is disk golf played? does it use frizbee type thingies or what??? any1???

I think it may be a long hunt!
hd - no sledding hills at mounds
Frisbee golf is a disc, flatter than a normal frisbee without the lip. They have baskets as a hole instead of a cup. What are ya thinking there?
there is a sledding hill at mounds right under tower
do they hover like a frizbee? (I'll explain in a minute)
dq yep...in and on the air??
Hey all, just at school stopping in to see what the scoop is. Scotty or Paul are you here? So everyone whats goin on?
very very nice DQ
hmm. i smell a disc golf theory coming on here. proceed, dq!
Joe?
Thanks for the advice. I'm off. Good Luck everyone! IF you see someone who looks like a lost little girl...it's probably just me.

Did it !!! Wasn't sure I could get a great Joe like that...wow!!! That's a first for me (pat myself on theh back).

Anyone here in college?
I am
well, hd, they are heavier. but they have been known to appear to float, and even climb, hence the on the air.
