the island (site of the 86 ice palac) is down the hill, away from the woods, across from the golf course (think fairway), you can see the sphere and tip of the church on 61 across from the golf course at several points on the island....of course, this could also describe locations in a lot of other parks. right now i'm leaning towards phalen probably because i know that park better than any of the others.
I just got back from Phalen. After being there I'm not placing it there as easy. A film crew was out there though. You can't see anything in the sky from where I was thinking. (down by the fire pit.) There were some other hunters out there.
