2002 Pioneer Press Treasure Hunt

Submitted by Casey Trauer on

Yes, the medallion has been found, but there's still lots to talk about. Feel the need for more than virtual discussion? Then join the Re-Hash Bash, Sunday, Jan. 27, at noon at Merriam Park in St. Paul.

coldtoes, Indian Mounds is really long, so it might be the same. Battle Creek is east of that, kind of adjoining but on the other side of 61

In rules it says it cannot be on a GOLF course

Wed, 01/23/2002 - 11:03 PM Permalink
Tami Baribeau

Would you really say that Highland is BY the St. Paul Airport? I mean..its a 5 min. drive, but still! :)

Wed, 01/23/2002 - 11:03 PM Permalink
Marie Smith

no golf course no fairgrounds

My Dalliance

Ian, liked your noodlin on the "in and on the air" anagram!

Wed, 01/23/2002 - 11:04 PM Permalink
Tom Kasprovich

Heck, the planes fly over Highland sometimes on the way in and out of airport!!!!!

Wed, 01/23/2002 - 11:04 PM Permalink
Mike Wazowski

Tom- that is exactly right and that is exactly why i am not going to highland--too many good clues too early in the hunt.

Wed, 01/23/2002 - 11:04 PM Permalink
jiggamatt

Disc golf is considered golf... golf course, can refer to it

Wed, 01/23/2002 - 11:04 PM Permalink
Marie Smith

TOm, what are you 6 ideas?

Wed, 01/23/2002 - 11:04 PM Permalink

Clue #5 yet?

Wed, 01/23/2002 - 11:05 PM Permalink
Mike Wazowski

I would hate to say it, but if i just looked at the clues--with no idea about history or anything, i would say the best fit is Como

Wed, 01/23/2002 - 11:05 PM Permalink
medallion master

SQUEAK YOU OUT THERE??????

Wed, 01/23/2002 - 11:05 PM Permalink

Mike Wazowski

Yeah, you had Como last year--but you didn't have the name, like it spells out in High Land

Wed, 01/23/2002 - 11:06 PM Permalink
Regalman

Ian, Idaho/Etna? I missed what you said about the anagram

Wed, 01/23/2002 - 11:06 PM Permalink
