Yes, the medallion has been found, but there's still lots to talk about. Feel the need for more than virtual discussion? Then join the Re-Hash Bash, Sunday, Jan. 27, at noon at Merriam Park in St. Paul.

I am starting to think the "amuse tiny tots" line is significant. A TOT by definition is already tiny, but the clue writer felt it necessary to make this redundant statement. I get a strong feeling this could mean MINNEHAHA. Tiny = mini and amuse =haha. Also, the fair reference could point us to 1 of 3 rec centers by Fairview Ave. and Minnehaha. I drove over there last night, but did not dig. I did see a junk yard over there though. Hmmmmmmmmmm
Ares It is possible that we had classes together as I was maybe a year behind you but I took all your grades classes... the AP classes or whatever they were calling them then... also I am wondering if you know a Sara Riehle she graduated from your year.. did you play any sports? That is possible too.
NOT SURE HOW LONG AGO BUT MAYBEY 30 YEARS OR MORE. MED WAS FOUND IN A TREE IN A BALL OR SOMETHING AT MOUNDS PARK. MAYBE SOME ONE COULD CHECK THIS OUT. I'M AT WORK AND JUST GOT HERE
your starting to make me think your the clue writer Slim!!! STOP THAT!! Why work when theres work to be done finding the medallion :-) Dal you there? Do you have my E-mail?
well - Jake had to go check out Langford so I drove over too--waste of time--but last night when you and I -Marley King wife were talking I fell upon South St Anthony--my current prospect until tonight
I was thinking more of the 3 rec centers by Minnehaha and FAIRview Ave. The names elude me right now but I drove there last night. 1 was a joke, but the other 2 were strong possibilities. Also, the DRIVE YOUR WRECK makes me now think of the auto junk yard I saw over that way. I am torn between this area and Battle Creek. I hope tonight's clue pushes me one way or another
Marie, not really.. If you look back at clues from past years med was hidden by parks by Fairview Ave, Fair was used very early. I think the problem over that way is there are very few landmarks, so they have to expose the hand early....Another idea I just got on the air is the radio station tower off of University is also visible from those 3 rec centers. Hmmmmmm Advantage Fairview and Minnehaha
ok, does anyone have any idea why my posts are repeating themselves 3 times, i only wrote them once, its getting really annoying...i think that tonights clue will narrow it down a bit more, i personally am looking at a specific park that has worked wonderfully with all the clues, now i just need to know where to dig. :-)

It is ok, I appreciate your comments though!! As for the Minnehaha deal....what parks are by there?
that'd probably be it, casey. i knew sara. way back when.
It looks like about 2 inches of compact snow right now. I'd guess that by Sun nite, we could see about 70% bare ground. The other 30% turns to ice.
minnehaha rec

Tom intersting idea about minnehaha, several other parks have a possible minnehaha reference also
