Yes, the medallion has been found, but there's still lots to talk about. Feel the need for more than virtual discussion? Then join the Re-Hash Bash, Sunday, Jan. 27, at noon at Merriam Park in St. Paul.
Jokysu
Can someone tell me how you are fitting them to Como. I see from a high level with ball parks and such, but it just doesn't have anything directly pointing that way.
Okay, we are thinking Battle Creek - though we haven't been there yet. What does anyone think of this - Time = Century - a street that borders BC on the Maplewood side - which brings us to the next line of this clue that says "far away from the woods" - away from Maplewood Light a Spark = Ignite = McKnight (another street bordering the park) Tide and Slide - water park? There is a rec center at Battle Creek, and a school (work your brain) Any thoughts on this?
I don't think the echo means anything - at least not yet.
Battle Creek does seem to have a lot going for it, IMHO. There's an awesome hill for sliding, a playground, a ball field, a school, a nearby street named Hillsdale... OH! And it has one of those tornado warning siren horns. Thought that *could* be a fit for in and on the air....
Here's another stretch...Newell used to be a park and rec. In '84 there was a hockey game going on there while the rest of the park was being dug. That would be an echo from the past.
BC is WILD over by the where the ski jump used to be. I sort of condsider that IN THE WOODS. People actually were sledding down that. I coundn't belive it when I was there on Sunday.
People were sledding off the retaining walls into the frozen creek. IT is like water falls along there. Hmmm, FAlls.
Be careful about thinking about the scrambling, that seems a little to deep for these clues. They seem to only have really one line that fits for the parks. At least from what I can tell.

At least not that I can see, but who knows.

Annie,
I am with you on the vote.

HEY TIM.... IGNORE... I KNOW YOU CAN'T IGNORE YOUR SMALL DICK
I wonder if we are being thrown off by the hill thing. Hills can be in a name, such as High Wood Hills.
I went there though on Monday. There is a dump or something on the dead end. There is a small lot across from apartments. A school.
But, Not there is my feeling.
you go sister sister!!!!!!!!!!!
Sister- good noodling. I tohught bc before, and you added some new twists.
Here's another stretch...Newell used to be a park and rec. In '84 there was a hockey game going on there while the rest of the park was being dug. That would be an echo from the past.
There is a hill on the far end of Conway. I haven't even thought of that place yet again. There is that library in the middle.
BC is in Maplewood
In an on the air - In could be Falcon street which runs right up to BC.
What is up with the Echo? I don't understand the link here, can someone explain?
No, PART of BC is in Maplewood. Everything East of McKnight is in St. Paul.
BC is in both St. Paul and Maplewood. There is actually a BC rec center in St. Paul.
why are people so insistant on BC when it isn't in the city? Would they do that to us??
I like BC, but I am uncomfortable with the construction on the ball field. I went there on Monday and lost my black glove.
Why are people going into the MapleWood part? That sounds counter productive.
whats with the echo where did you get that from
There has been some talk that the repitition of words could mean an "echo" - meaning a possible repeat park.
dud - part of the park is in St. Paul, part in Maplewood. The part with the rec center is in St. Paul, we believe.
The Rec center at BC is indeed St Paul. McKnight is the border. East of McKnight is Maplewood. Much of BC is Saint PAul. Most of BC is in St PAul
lil slim,
I think it would be the reference in the first clue to tell you to stay on the St. Paul side when they said St. Paul Park.
Angie - there are folks here who have thought clue parts like Hey, hey and OK, OK are echos.
ares, where are you headed tonight?
treasure girl (sugar lips) how did you get nick name??
When you drive into the park off winthrop... to the parking lot a sign clearly states that it is part of St. Paul Parks and Rec's

Ok thanks terry
Sister - I thought of Century too. Also I think Tide could mean Pacific Street which is near Indian Mounds park on the way to BC.
Nothing so far, but I am sure something is hidden in the words. They're scramled

The hey hey clue could actually only be pointing you to the ball fields. Willie Mays was the Say Hey guy in baseball.
When they say hey, hey, you say - it ties in with Mays. The be fair part even pulls you inside the foul line of the field.
BC has 3 or 4 ball fields together, but they are not that big. 20 -30 people could make it through real quick. I think.
Tide tides only happen in an ocean, Pacific street is near Indian mounds as is Burns, - Spark
Okay - our guy is here....BBL!
McKnight is the boarder of Maplewood and St Paul. The only part would be the cave on Hwy 61.
Have you guys been out? Seen anything of interest? I need new ideas.
Anybody been to a park and rec nobody is talking about? What was there?
Be careful about thinking about the scrambling, that seems a little to deep for these clues. They seem to only have really one line that fits for the parks. At least from what I can tell.
