Doesn't the St. Paul Park n Rec have some kind of main center where things are sold to the public and where the Park n Rec vehicals go to be serviced(wreck); is this by a park?

I think just about any clue could fit about any park right now without much stretching. It's all in interpretations. Whoever interprets the clues correctly will find the right park. After that it's the luck of the shovel.
Some say it can't be at Mounds because of a bad year in the past. As far as I know there has never been an official statement made about Mounds being off limits. It was mentioned in the past about it not being in Maplewood ever again, but not Mounds. I would assume most of us would kick ass on any idiot who tried climbing the fences to the burial mounds anyway.
Can anyone tell me who these camera people are at all the parks? and what do they do with the films? Also BC is a st paul park and rec if you are at the correct one.

For the noodling about Newell - that used to be a rec center...part time one I believe. Had a hockey rink there in '84.
