So Greg what's the latest on the buttons and does anyone know how to get a copy of "COOLER HAND LUKE" GOOD NEWS just checked on the weather for tomorrow HIGHS in the upper 30's the lower 40's.
Whatever... No matter what, he's put alot into this damn button business. He's really tried. If he succeeds, we'll be happy. If he didn't, well, it's not his fault. Maybe he's embarrassed that he tried and couldn't.
I'd like to think the buttons will be there but I still can't promise that because I haven't heard from my middle man. The fact that he hasn't called me back since this morning means a) all's well and buttons will be there or b) he screwed up and doesn't want to talk about it. He knows how much I've put into this and I don't think he wants to be the one to blow it.
The middle man is my best friend, Laszlo Aranyos. I call him Laci (sounds like "Yahtzee"). He'll be the one bringing them by as well so be nice. He's a bit skeptical about all this -- not the fact that it's happening, but that he doesn't know anyone. He was able to spend about a half an hour online with me when I came home, but there were only a few regulars on at that time. He keeps asking "Is doodledog going to be there?" because that's who was talking the most.
Still... we can hope he shows... but, well... Gas is back up to $1.09. And I'm pretty sure he's a college student or just out - don't you think he sounds like one? And they're really poor. Been there, dun it.

My sentaments (sp) exactly. Great Effort put forth by all involved.IMO Can't say I've had much to do with this whole thing but I'm sure glad there are still people in this world who care enough to want to put something like this together. Thanks lots to all those who have coordinated this little "Ice Breaker". SPECIAL LOVE and THANKS to you Greenslvs2 for all you've done. (Wow I didn't know we even owned a soap box) Also a very big "COOLER" hand for Greg and all his foot work from Milwaukee.

The words go down as I think them because I can type like a dickens. Anyway, that's me in a shell. Now that it's quieter I don't mind sharing. Wish I could have been there. I love a parade. :) But when I got home I sat down at the puter and got hypnitized by all the slogging since Wed. night and lost track of time.
