I need some computer help. at work i just hit refresh to read new messages. But at home here i don't have a refresh key. There's a reload button. Is that the same thing?

jan, many of us do. for the longest time i had a reputation as being that computer generated entity ian referred to earlier. for me that broke a week ago with most people when i met a whole load of cooler heads at the pp wednesday nite, at mcg's friday nite, and at merriam sunday afternoon.
it gets a lot of people. its kinda weird cuz i'll be typing something in word, and watch the s's automatically turn into z's. what's really scary is that american words like meter have recently started showing up in european spellings too.
i've been die-hard hunting since conway. noodling clues for a lot longer than that. my first appearances in the cooler as a poster came in 2000. as you've noticed i have a hard time leaving. lol!
Well guys it has been an adventure today, to say the least!! I need sleep though so I guess this is my time to bow out. Don't forget to bring a dessert or a spice for tomorrows gathering.
