The best way to get yourself a nice bookmark for use here:
click "read subscriptions" or "check messages" (same effect) until you get to the "No New Messages" page. Bookmark that page. Then just make sure you're subscribed to all the discussions you want to be updated on. The best bet for that is to go to the PPWC Refugees main folder and subscribe to that. That way you'll see anything new that shows up there. Then you can unsubscribe from the threads that bore you later.
