....from work, but I did manage to drive through Phalen & Mounds. Not a soul did I see, well except for a few ppl out walking their dog at mounds, didn't strike me as hunters though. Just FYI
Someone said earlier today that it seemed they didn't have the same favorite park two days in a row. I guess that's just a hint at the deviousness of the clue writer.
The only bad part about being the cluewriter is I'm missing all the socializing going on while people hunt. Now that people are likely to start concentrating on one park, there will probably be more of that. Maybe I'll have to find time to stop by and visit anyway.
Allison artemis and I felt your presense today. We found a coin that looks like the mock coin but its a valvoline wooden coin, and a key to locker 212 at como.
Maybe you felt my presence because I drove through Como to see if anyone was around and saw you two walking through that obscure part of the park, sort of by the torpedo where those paths lead under a couple of different bridges.
I think we should have a rehash bash though we don't necessarily have to do it in the park. I could do one Saturday during the day or sometime the following weekend.
What would work better do you think? Oh, come to think of it, I'm busy next Saturday afternoon. So either next Sunday afternoon or maybe something on Saturday night.
Where was your car parked Marley? ia ctually parked in the pavilion lot and got out to find you guys. I walked over that way but didn't see you. I figured you must have walked under the Lexington bridge and headed over towards the conservatory.
I figure until either it's been found, or until it's gone on so long that I decide if no one has found it by then, they don't deserve to find it. hehe. Actually on second thought, I suppose there should be an end time just in case something happened to it and it's gone since I'm not regularly checking on it. Don't want people to keep looking in vain. So we'll say 24 hours after the last clue comes out. It comes out Thursday. I have a Mason meeting that night but not until 7:30 so I should be able to post the clue on time. So Friday at 7pm would be the end.
TV - I'm kinda in the same boat except I was able to take off tonight to look but feel a little guilty about it since I hunted earlier but didn't go out during work hours. Just stayed here and posted. I could of done that at work and saved a vacation day in the process. And I found out I won some Hall & Oats tix for tomorrows concert, so I guess I'll stop in there for a bit to see how they are. Not too excited about that one though. I might just hand them off to some hunters tomorrow during the day and see if they'll use them. To warm up anyway.
Mendota is a street running into the park (plenty of hydrogen hydroxide - Mendota water), The key song on the U2 album is ONE TREE HILL, one type of tree is a CYPRESS tree, and Cypress Hill is another band (a band which just happens to sing quite a bit about stash).
Up til this point I was dead set on Harriet Island as it seems that the street name DR. JUSTICE OHAGE anagrams out to "Joshua Tree CD IG" Assigning the numeric values to the letters I & G, I got the numbers 7 & 9. I then went to the THG website and found pics 7 & 9 which had right in between them the pavillion area, which had five potted fir trees in it. It was also directly across from a stonewall bridge, and the Moses St Water Pump. I also really liked there because the park had those commenorative bronze medallions made up for it. The clue that really had me believing it was there however is that the pavillion restrooms were open, and last nights clue "their tiny dead bolt" anagramed out to TRY BEHIND DA TOILET and also to HIDDEN RT BY TOILET.
Anyway, I'm feeling tired from not having slept too well the last few days so I think I'm going to head off to bed. Although I will have my cell phone right next to me so if you find the coin, don't hesitate to call.
thanx Terry, Up until this point I didn't want to give away my thoughts on Harriet, but alas even I am sure now that I was worng. Another thing over at Harriet was the big Anchor, and last nights clue also used the word away twice in line one, made me think of the song Anchors' Aweigh.

It sounds like you're doing okay in that department. A mystery murder thing a couple nights ago and a movie tomorrow.
It just seems like you're on the inside/outside looking out/in. :-)
Not precisely, but I would guess between 20 and 50 somewhere.
Mr. Med Hunter - 11:57am Feb 25, 2002 PST (#1721 of 2013) I think we might be "failin" this test
Allison Wonderland - 08:04pm Feb 25, 2002 PST (#2004 of 2014) Hey Mr Med Hunter. You might have to get a prize for a post you made earlier today.
Here, Here!!
That's the one. Basically predicting the clue.
Although someone in the Yahoo club did the same thing later in the day.
Last year it was found on Clue #12. But then there were a lot fewer people looking for it.
Allison artemis and I felt your presense today.
We found a coin that looks like the mock coin but its a valvoline wooden coin, and a key to locker 212 at como.
Thinking maybe you are evil:)
Lockers at Como?
Maybe one of the schools!
Maybe you felt my presence because I drove through Como to see if anyone was around and saw you two walking through that obscure part of the park, sort of by the torpedo where those paths lead under a couple of different bridges.
Artemis is wondering if maybe the pool has lockers.
I think we should have a rehash bash though we don't necessarily have to do it in the park. I could do one Saturday during the day or sometime the following weekend.
That might be. I haven't been to that pool in years so I don't remember.
I noticed quite a bit of clearing going on over by that end of the park. Seems there's something more going to be done around that street car station.
That is when I felt you artemis said she felt someone watching her on the way back to the car.
We can't do any rehash bashing this weekend. It would be nice to get together again though.
Yeah terry I was hoping allison didnt put it over by there.Park workers were cutting and picking up alot of brush in that area.
What would work better do you think? Oh, come to think of it, I'm busy next Saturday afternoon. So either next Sunday afternoon or maybe something on Saturday night.

I'm not fussy as long as it's not this weekend.
When is this hunt officially over, Allison? Will it go until found or until a time certain found or not?
Goodnight and good luck!
Yes sir allison. We parked on estabrook by the frog pond.
re-hash would be cooler, anytime is good for us.

That must have been what The Map Guy was talking about in clue 3.
Goodnight Marley! Best of luck to you in the Sunlight!
I am sooo bummed. I have so much work work to do that there is no way I can get out of there to hunt during the day.

Private eyes are watching you
Rush - That's some darn good noodling.
