It’s time for some summer fun.
As far as winners there can only be one.
The Onamia day’s medallion hunt is in year nine.
As long as you stay on public properties you will be fine.
Read over the rules, it’s in the city limits.
No shovel is needed, it may only take minutes.

A brat with kraut from the stand is very grand.
I like one in each hand.
A drink from a hose on a hot day.
Keeps dehydration away.

The acorn doesn’t fall far from the tree.
Look closely and you just might see.
Where the train tracks once lie.
You might just see the area with your good eye.
Dancing, games and food galore.
Will bring you back all weekend for more.

With the sound of children’s laughter all around.
You may just find the medallion above ground.
If you need them, they will be there.
Day or night, they are always aware.
Some wear red and some wear yellow.
Either way he is a good fellow.
