artimis I did a drive by there this eve on the way home from work. nice big sledding hill, YMCA, ball fields , a play groung just for toddlers with a great bouncy whale ride .
anyone have any historical information that is related to the word "scoot" in the confines of the hunting area? Cluewriter used this word as opposed to others for specific reason. Can't put a finger on it. Was "scoot" slang for anything in days past?
It's supposed to be warmish all week. That'll reduce the snow pack. However, if it gets cold again, anything on the ground will be really hard to work up with tools. Thus- I say I need to design a head-mounted blow torch.
toddlers are now a first grader and kindergarden. But they spent many a day whileing away the day at that playground.. actually the kids playing at the playground was a great way to scout out lots of the parks.
Highland Park has a park, but also a Highschool. The highschool Mascots are the Scotts Man. Highaldn also does have the Two water towers, and an ice rank.

Highland has some nice paths. One behind the east picnic shelter in zone 1 which connects over a foot bridge to zone 2.
there is also a path that goes behind the pool and circus school to a neat point with a good view, overlooking the 1952 treasure spot.
