You know at this point I really just think water is a lake reference. But since they say water's as opposed to water is I wonder if its a park with more than one lake which would be what parks...
As far as the ice has come to stay, what about this being a hockey reference..the Wild, the Xcel Arena...
I really don't think it's at the fairgrounds since there were only a handful of people digging out there. Maybe 10 or 15 is all. How were the other parks? I heard Bill was out and about? Were there people digging anywhere else?

It doesn't sound like he got through to Souch today Reg. I was finally able to figure out a firewall work around to get his streaming program. Man the commercials though.
