no matter what there's gonna be repeat posts... when I logged onto pf, it said there were only 5 new msgs in the invite forum, for some reason the last few days this site has been loading really weird for me, so to me, I had no idea that anyone had mentioned it. again... I'm sorry...
I've slogged through everything. I can't not slog.Â
Green's dualities again...if there are two bats, could it be a clue that it's in the Maplewood side of Battle Creek?
My take on the clues thus far:
Clue one: There's a dig at Soucheray and a dig at the cluewriter for hiding the medallion in something edible last year with a promise that didn't happen again this year. Second part of clue one: It's in a park - not just public ground.
Clue two:Â The medallion was hidden near Christmas when there wasn't much snow and it's hidden in a park where there are paths and some body or some thing filled with frozen water.
I believe anything else is probably over-analyzing the clue.
On the other hand, I liked the references to Bing Crosy and White Christmas.Â
Do all of these parks have ample PARKING.. that is our best clue....this is a FAMILY THING right..kids,etc.??? MUST BE PARKING NEARBY....me thinks..what thinkest the hare?
I don't think the cluewriters care/worry about parking, that's up to the hunters to figure out. Family thing, yeah, they admitted they like families out looking, and I'm sure they keep it somewhat in mind when hiding. None of the hiding spots I think have ever placed anyone in danger.

Of course the last two years it's been places in the most un family type places it could be (valley of death).

We want the Taylor lads to searchBut leaving Como and Phalen in the lurchWould detract from our wintry mission. Please hunt, boys, with proper supervision.
In the same context I don't think they even consider parking when it comes to hiding this thing. In due time we would be stuck on a handful of the same parks.
So right...NOT a white Christmas..NOT CROSBY!! like the clock=time, etc. also...Doubt the river thing....remember FAMILY and PARKING...DUH..Thanks eric...good job

Thats just my two cents.

There was barely any parking for the Conway, Newell or Merriam hunts.
All these theories have met demise at one time or another.
I really like the Bing Crosby thing, but I think Crosby park is too obvious. I think it may be attached or in a CD case from White Christmas??
valleygirl is Jake.he gave it away main thred.can't say i dislike him.likes to play and we know that.
I was refering to the parking more then the danger.....
hahaha now that would be funny.
The only valid reason I have for Crosby, is that I WANT it to be there. So far the clues & my noodles have not discounted any, nor included any parks.
And Dennis the furry Gherkin said it was ok.

Nothing like trying to dissuade people from searching somewhere you think it might be....
Crosby isn't THAT dangerous. Safety in numbers.
I was talking in the context of the whole idea that the clue writers probably don't car about parking or think in terms of large crowds hunting.
As far as cliffs and such, people shouldknow better
hello diggers and noodlers
Â
I don't know Crosby, is it a large park, what are the dangers associated with this park? Can you get into the park 24/7, or is it a park with gates?
I'm at the tax office right now (white bear ave.& county rd B)
whats new with you?
