Even the 70 watts was good.....I mean last year I saw one near me when I was digging in the pit. It was like 25 yards from me and I still was able to use the light.

Wow, pretty bold assumption. You know more than I do.

And I thought it was the hunters who were chemically dependant. I was wrong. It would appear everyone has knowledge of the logistics of the hunt except for me. I need to educate myself a bit!

newbie, where are you pulling these posts from?

Sun, 01/16/2005 - 3:55 AM Permalink
OTiS

Nevermind I found one of them:

I don't think it will be Highland - mrpirates Feb 9, 2004 08:35 pm

Highland is going under construction again, and its going to last a while. Closing off the pavilion part of the park will make it too easy to find it, since 2/3 of Highland are Golf Cources. My option why PP chose Phalen was because of its SIZE...

Post #173, correct. Someone please inform this inidividual that the medallion IS hidden before clue #1 hits the presses. I'm sorry I was only reading the No Time For Cold Feet board. This one is far more interesting.

Any thoughts as to the treasure's location this year OTS?

Sun, 01/16/2005 - 4:02 AM Permalink
OTiS

With no specific reasoning... Mounds..

Sun, 01/16/2005 - 4:06 AM Permalink
OTiS

But thats a stab in the dark.....pure speculation and not worth a hoot....

All that said.... thats probably where it will end up.

I am trying to set up fleece scarfs with the Cooler Crew logo (the logo seen above in the title) but I dont know if they company will do it fast enough-got to recall them Monday.

Mark had a wonderful idea- he mentioned we should find a place that sells winter coats/jackets...like Carhart -something extremely warm -get the Cooler Crew logo put on them and add a patch to the sleeve for every year hunting. They would be spendy-probly $150+ each. an idea for someday.

what about having patches to add to the scarves?  it would probably be more within the price range of people, and easier to sew on.
