Thanks Diggin'! I'm getting so excited this will be my first major vacation in 10 years other than shortish long weekend vacations to see family or soemthing close by.
LOL! and by the way thanks because now I've the Grinch song in my head...I'm suppose to be doing homework and I just know I'm going to go back to it and all I'll be able to think of is the one line of the song that keeps playing in my head.
it was Kids night out at my daycare last night (once every 6-8 my daycare provider keeps the kids until 10 for parents to get out) by 9pm I was tired and didn't feel like going out anywhere and just went to bed early. Sorry I bet you all had a blast.
yeah I had a few and kept thinking about you all. I miss you guys. This summer has been crazy busy I haven't had time to clean my own house let alone clean out my little room here.
Yeah I really need to keep up more but school full time with an internship really eats up the time ifin you know what I mean...I'll be around for a little while for now though but of course nobody will have anything going on until I decide to leave the boards...I think it's a conspiracy.
Thank you and everyone else who came! You guys are the best! I had a great time and I hope the rest of you did as well, if anyone left hungry it wasn't my fault we had a bunch of food left over!! I'll be eatting taco meat for a week...let's see taco's taco salad, enchalada's....what else can I make hahaha
We had the most amazing time...it was the best cruise I've been on so far (of 6)...the ship had just been refurbished and was spectacular. It was smaller than any I had been on - only 2300 passangers. Which I found particularly nice.
The food was so amazing...I had all the exoctics and favorites that I wanted...foie gras, escargot, caviar, oysters Rockefeller, filet mingon, lobster tail (twice!!) chocolate fondue...the list just keeps going - it was truely amazing!! oh yeah - The chocoholic buffet!!
New Years eve on the ship was a total rockin' blast!! Dancing, parting and lots o' champagne .......... wheeeeeee
Three of the four ports were fabulous...Samana was dirty and poor :barf: kinda sad actually - but the shopping was great - cheap!
We brought our own snokeling gear and just did our own thing at each port, going to a beach and snorkeling. I saw a huge Baracuda in St. Thomas that scared the shit out of me!! Should seen me move on outta there when he open his mouth and I got a good look at those teeth! Swim babe swim!!!
Have a wonderful time on yours and let me know know how it goes...You deserve it with all your recent accomplishments! Graduating and now the new job...ENJOY!!
yeah I'm worried about all that delicious food. I was going to buy snorkling gear but figured I'd rent it down there this time see if I enjoyed it and then if I did buy some for the next trip.
I'll let you know how it went next week like I said this is my first so I'm clueless as to what to expect. Which ship were you on again?
Saved to my Hard drive :sheepish:
Thanks for heading the rescue mission last night: Operation "Not in
Wisconsin, Idiot" :pbpt:
