Ohh - I love fast cars...

I used to date a guy who owned a body shop and I would by them, he would restore them, and then we would sell them and split the profit.

I had the pleasure of driving some very very nice cars in the interm tho.

I had one of these quick babes too. I bought mine from an 80 year old lady who had no idea what she had. Perfect condition with no rust. Plus low miles! :ooh: Of course she didn't have the mags or fin when I bought it.

Hey Kitch - Why does it take so much longer to reheat mashed potatoes than the rest of your dinner?
Tue, 05/23/2006 - 6:28 PM Permalink
KITCH

...I'm not sure...but I did find this...

• Mashed potatoes: Incredibly easy. Cover with a paper towel and microwave for 30 to 60 seconds (depending on the amount) to soften slightly. Stir, then recover and microwave in short bursts until warm throughout. Do not overcook. May need to add a little milk to attain the desired consistency.

put plastic wrap on top of them...

apprently the cooking time is about the same when you trap in the moisture...

this is the same Idea when you buy frozen dinners....

http://www.foodpsychology.org/newsreleases/soylabeling.htm

ok...

An academic article published in the Journal of Sensory Studies shows that soy labels negatively influence the taste preferences of consumers, even if the product contains no soy. However, this is good news when combined with health claims, soy labels impose health attitudes and purchase intentions among consumers who are health-conscious, natural food lovers, or dieters.

seee...I told you...geez.....

“People’s taste perceptions are extremely suggestible,” said Dr. Brian Wansink, director of the Food and Brand Lab at the University of Illinois. “For most people, the word “soy” commutes health, but it also makes them taste bad flavors.”
