you don't hear about it becasue *most* people mixing drugs are doing it under coordination from a single doctor or a single pharmacist, who ensure that interactions are avoided.
Yeah.. my sister's husband died from a drug interaction. Of course, he was using someone else's prescription pain killers for some back pains. I'm betting it's more common than we all know, just don't hear about most unless they're celebrities.
