I just spent the entire day at a poker tourney that was set up like the World Series Of Poker! It was great! both Tammy and Kitch did well! 3 guys (one I play with on a regular basis) WON TRIPS TO VEGAS and get to play in the actual World of Poker next month!!!! SAWWWWEEEET!!!!

thanks for all the well wishes, guys. what she's got is an extra electrode firing in her heart, causing tachycardia. she's had these heart episodes her entire life where the rhythm goes all goofy on her. fortunately she had one of these on saturday afternoon while we were up there so they have a good ekg tape of what's actually happening. the plan is to go in and cauterize the electrode, timeframe of that yet to be determined. hopefully they'll keep her in there until they do it in the event that one of these tach episodes happens again, because the nurse that was assigned to her said in front of all of us that the rhythm wasn't what they usually consider to be life-sustaining, and that most people who exhibit that kind of rhythm are unconscious through it. i guess having had these episodes her entire life she's rather well adjusted to them in order to stay awake.

Ok - everyone, I think I had the day wrong, cause at 4 am Saturday (sunday) I was outside at I didn't see anything.

Should have been outside Early Sat morning at 4am I think,

dang! I was out then too. Only it was fogged in.

I was out at 2 am sat morning and sun morning.... saw nothing from Ripley. Was hoping for a tracer/brush fire or something, nothing in like that happened either. Bummer.

went to the liquor store earlier... wow... cuervo is selling flavored tequila, now...

I dont even really like tequila, all that much, but this stuff, i'm pretty sure I can learn to enjoy....

they had lime, orange, and some tropical crap.... i picked up the Lime one..... figuring that when you have tequila, you add a lime to it anyways....

If you mix it with Coke, it tastes like lime flavored coca-cola....

bad, bad, bad....

anything flavored, that doesnt taste like alcohol, usually means it'll get you messed up pretty quick (see: Rootbeer Schnapps)

For all of you downtown St. Paul workers..The Saints are going to be having the worlds largest game of catch today from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm on Robert between 5th and 6th. They are giving away baseballs other prizes. 1.00 lunches (White Castles and Little Ceasers pizza I think) They are going to unveil the new pig. Ill be woandering around it will be a nice getaway from the office.

not sure who, but someone turned everything read-only over there. i've stopped running the archive of it.

We went later and it looked like it was clearing out by then.
