they charge like 3 bucks a person, and you get to use their inner-tubes... the hill is huge.... plus they have a warming house w/ hot chocolate/coffee/pop/water, etc....
It used to be free, but a couple of families had a dispute over who owned the land.... I think the city actually owns it now...
