togo.. the only thing i can think of for that is.. you have to be an iconoclast to go against the norm which would mean to me: not following the tradition of the
placement of the medallion in parks in the past.. I will probably get a lot of grief about some religious thing.. but those are my thoughts.. believe what you may!
