I did some diggin at Merriam and Mounds. A lot of hard packed snow at Merriam. There is this rather large spot at Mounds that would be perfect to hide it even if the snow completely melted.
4flash - teaming up sounds ok to me too, it gets a little overwhelming depending on the park. It's year 13 for me. Been very, very, very, very, very dang close in the past, but no cigar.

Hey all, just got back from ma press, digging and scouting, was my first time to try and meet people, but i didnt talk to anyone i felt intimidated, but i did hear people talking so i have an idea who a couple of you are
I can tell you what rec centers it AINT at from visiting about 8 of them tonight... playgrounds, sliding hills, radio towers, baseball diamonds, woods, etc..
they have ice rinks over baseball fields and big piles of snow that the medallion could be in. have much more insight but I don't want to give out all the best stratagy

It's not at the "zoo." It may be in Como Park, but ittiz NOT in the zoo.

I'm kind of glad it's stretching a bit to find the actual park. That might mean that it's at a small unknown park for something new.
