The way I figure it, with all the stuff going on downtown, they'd be smart to try and do what they did last year, when a lot of stuff was going on at Como.... meaning Kellog, Harriet or a buncha other parks right up in that downtown area. Although Phalen has been getting a bunch of attention lately, for some reason, thats the one that I get the feeling about.
But that could be cause its in my hood too... ah well.
