Picture 18 on the THG site shows a watchtower (U2 song) and 2 water towers (plenty o'water). Plus, right by all that, but not in the picture, are the 2 underground holding tanks "covered with earth."

From the pic on the website in that general direction, it appears to be a playground area, though on the map in the book, it looks like a water area.
