I can only think of the main ONE bridge in zone 4--but if its at Phalen it would not be in the park due to the park closing and locking gates at night. it would have to be in zone 2 or 3 or somewhere near Johnson and Wheelock Prkway. But I guess AW can put the coin anywhere he wants and if ANY park locks up at 11 -so be it!
also note though that the coin probly won't be where it has been hidden in the past year-
