omg, as I waited for that to load, I didn't know if I was gonna see KC at work holding doritos? or just a dorito arm that leads to a naked man - neither but thanks for the visuals
The Allison Wonderland Mock Hunt has begun! The first clue was released earlier today at the Rehash Bash and is included above. The second clue will come out at 7pm tonight. You have until the release of the 4th clue at 7pm Tuesday night to register. It costs $10 to register and doing so makes you eligible for the entire prize which is currently going to be at least $300. If you don't register and you find it, you get a flat $100 prize. You can still register via Paypal to AllisonWondrland@yahoo.com or you can email me for an address to send a check to.
Clues come out each night at 7pm. The medallion is hidden in a public park in St. Paul. It is not on a body of water, up a tree, underground, on top of a building, on the side of a cliff, inside anything that requires you to open it, or hidden anywhere else that might make you question if looking there is a bad idea. If you find the medallion (which is the same size and shape as the PP medallion), there will be a phone number on the back of it that you can call anytime to report your finding and claim your prize. The hunt will end when the medallion is found, even if it happens after all of the clues have been released.
It seems the PP had trouble you see
With many cries of things that went afoul
Were attacks baseless? You might think tasteless,
Some considered throwing in the towel.
With a hunt cut short plans had to abort
The poor kiddies just did not understand
But no need to fear, a new hunt is here
The Mock Hunt by Allison Wonderland
LetÂ’s be obvious, not so devious,
And say plainly itÂ’s in a St. Paul park.
Buried in the snow, you might want to know
At least ten paces to the closest mark

Clue #5
If treasure you seek, make your move oblique
You can no longer go to the castle
To show expertise stay close to the trees
And finding the coin will seem quite facile.
And the previous clues:
Clue #4
Prove youÂ’re not knaves where towers by graves
Loom ominously on the horizon
DonÂ’t focus on wealth, take care of your health
An ill body can cause you to wizen
Clue #3
Hunters get surly when hunts end early
Leaving them hardly time to sit and eat.
Yet a reminder, a two time finder,
Well youÂ’ll see that he has no time for cold feet
Clue #2
If this huntÂ’s taxing, maybe relaxing
Would be nice off in a warm floral home
But like the big fall where once they played ball
You will not be able to spot a dome.

just like stonewall was truly a stonewall not a brickwall or rockwall
now I'm in the wrong thread :goofy:
But now I'm fairly positive I know which park it's in, and a general area where to look.
Oh well. If I can get out and do happen to find it, at least the rest of the money can go towards another contest.
