The Voting Booth is Closed
As you can tell, this poll is VERY scientific in nature. Margin of error is a mere +/- 0.05%
Final Tally:
Dog = 12 (Way to go, Quentin)
Cat = 400,026
Pig = 1
Pet Rock = 1
Firebelly Newt = 1
Wombat = 4 (Includes other marsupials)
Gerbil = 1
Snakes= 1
------------Honorable Mentions------------
Peacock = 0 (Though the peababies are damn cute).
Snow Leopards = 0 (Honorable mention)
Slow Lorises - Chunking Express loves em!
Fast Lorises - LUV2FLY will have nothing to do with those "Slow" Lorises.
Turtle = The turtle died
Stud Horse = 1 (just for having the word "stud" in his name)
Can slow lorises have an honorable mention?
Ok but I've got to give it to Fast Lorises as well.
Deal? What deal?
::wink wink, nudge nudge::
hey, lionness, where ya been?
who stuffed the ballot box for cats?
That's a perfectly legit tally!
oh good. :)
Purrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
;)
THX, Although I thouroughly appreciate your mentioning my fondness for fast lorises' I must take exception to the updated cat vote count. I would like to see dogs get their fair shake as well so please tell me where to mail the check for the count to be "refigured" :)
22 million cat votes?
I demand a recount!
</Gore>
22 million cat votes?
I have no clue what you're talking about.
LUV2FLY, ::wink wink::
I have no clue what you're talking about.
::wink wink::
a-hem.
THX,
Please hold that "gift" I sent you until monday ;)
BTW looks like we've had some more votes for dogs.
:: clears throat again ::(no, me2, there's nothing behind that comment)
a-hem
Well done, Luv2Fly.
aw, hell.
:: stuffing the ballot box with cat votes as fast as they can come off the printing press ::(and there's no comment in there, either, me2).
I think the chads need to be scrutinized.
Strolls in nonchalantly.
Well, what a fine day it is, isn't it folks?
And I and all my cat friends from PF have been looking for a new littler box and this looks like such a lovely spot.
Pity about all those cat votes disappearing under such suspicious circumstances wasn't it? Well, c'est la vie.....now, if you'll excuse me, I just need to wander over to the corner there.
::scratch, scratch, SCRATCH::
Pity about all those cat votes disappearing under such suspicious circumstances wasn't it?
I have no clue what you're talking about.
::SCRATCH::
OUCH!
Is it any wonder cats only have 22 votes? You'll never see a dog do that.
What will dogs do for you? Well, in the words of the immortal bard (that would be ares):
there's something to be said
for big panting dogs
however they tend
to be shitting logs
:: takes a bow ::
A chad is the little bit of paper that is punched out of a punch-system paper ballot. During the Florida mess, there was a whole lexicon of chad terminology to denote chads that were still attached by one corner, two corners, all corners but dimpled, three corners, etc.
I wonder how many kids will get the name Chad now ? I mean who would want to hang out with Chad ? And heaven help the kid if he also has dimples.
:: snerk ::
clears throat again
sorry, I don't get in here very often...I have 2 cats and a dog! So I am pretty equal, I don't even know what I originally voted for!
And...I don't think there were any cats OR dogs in the movie Charlies Angels but there was a CHAD:)
Cats are much more conniving than dogs, which leads to my question of how dogs suddenly shot up to ... 80,000,000 votes?!? I must find some refuting evidence.
80,000,000? That was supposed to be 800,000,000.
Sorry about that.
@#$(#_$*#_#*_#( !
Now that I think of it, I haven't gotten my "Package" from LUV2FLY.
No Dogs For Him!
Hey THX...what happened to the other 799,999,992 dog votes?
Hey THX...what happened to the other 799,999,992 dog votes?
Seems dog owners don't hold up to their part of a bargain.
::searching through mail, looking for LUV2FLYs package::
Oh God is that a cute pic, L.L.
See? It just proves all cats are the same. My big male cat Han, lies on his back just like that.
That lion reminds me of my friend Helen's cat, Blackie:
Or maybe Scooter:
see, i've always thought that a cat laying out like that is just a trap to claw up your hands :). but i love 'em anyway.
I was at the zoo in Seattle once and watched a black leopard napping, splayed out on his perch (blue-eyed too, gorgeous). They may be predators but they are every bit as playful as a domesticated cat. I low-pitched my voice and gently called him beautiful through the cage and he heard me, opened his eyes and rolled over a bit looking at me, yawned, and went right back to sleep.
What? I sent it, it was a nice portfolio of stocks. World Com, Qwest, And I threw some Martha Stewart in too ! It's a good thing. :)
dammit. how could i have possibly missed that joe after i read tonya's post.
