time sheets, paper-work... mix ups with paper-work... higher-ups who dont know whats going on, and should...
ugh..
I swear I love my new job, but sometimes it seems like the people running things dont know what they're doing, or whats going on, in other places other than at their own desk.
TMK as a girlfriend of a guy with 3 kids and a woman who tries to keep them from him. I know it's gonna sound harsh, but start talking to lawyers now, and getting info, and protecting yourself and your rights.
Usually in the beginning they won't let dad's take babies until the breast feeding etc is done... some mommy's try to drag that out for 3-4 years to keep the kids from going on over nights. no. i'm not joking.
Ditto on Vino's advice - it's awesome how you are trying to do this without involving a third party, but once your daughter is born and should you not be in attendance, there is nothing from stopping her on leaving your name off the birth certificate.. that then opens a whole other mess of problems.

irritates - cold rain. two more days worth of grapes all trying to come in by today. (not raining yet but cold outside)
I've been at work since 6, for grapes that didn't even come in until 11 and I'll prolly be here til 10 tonight again. Yes I know.. I get Overtime, but I'd like to have a little bit of a life - oh yeah, and sleep.
I think about the only thing I don't like about snow is the fact that everyone in my day to day life seems to despise it, and are very vocal about it.
Sadly, 90% of them also complain if it's too hot. Or too dry, or too humid, or too windy.
I feel like I'm the odd one out, as weather conditions really have no effect on me. I don't mind talking about the weather, but seriously I don't complain about it.
peolple()family) that make announcements on face book and actually expext you to respond. What wever happened to calling your mother when your pregnant or engagenged?
Its the new Millenium Mikey LOL who uses the phone anymore...other than to text that is lol. J/K I call my nearest and dearest with important stuff the rest gets posted for people so I don't have to make 1000 calls.
Irritates: My Facebook account got disabled. I had to submit some huge form to try to get it back and I currently have no access. I never knew how 'connected' I felt with it.. and it's like my little technology umbilical cord has been cut.
HEH - wonders if you were one of the women affected by the bug... Facebook Bug
A number of Facebook users found themselves abruptly cut off from the site Tuesday, after a glitch in site's system to detect fake accounts inadvertently disabled legitimate ones.
"The bug, which was live for a short period of time, caused a very small percentage of Facebook accounts to be mistakenly disabled," a Facebook spokesman said in a prepared statement. "Upon discovering the bug, we immediately worked to resolve it. It's now been fixed, and we're in the process of reactivating and notifying the people who were affected."
Anecdotal reports suggest that the bug exclusively affected female Facebook users.
Got new health insurance cards today and noticed that my co-pay changed but I didn't recieve notice from my employer that there was going to be a change in our Health Care Plan. Have no clue what other changes have been made to the plan.
nope I pay 1/2 of it they cover half. Found out the only change was the co-pays according to my boss she said I have to contact the ins. Directly to get a new coverage booklet. She said she was suprised I got new cards already since they just notified her last week of the change. I think she's a liar but thats only because 2 times this week I've caught her in other lies...nothing I can do about anything I'm just a lowly worker here and have no say in whether she lies through her teeth or not...
Since I got laid off I got my own plan trough Blue cross blue shield its cheeper than what I had from my old job with no copays for in network care. Only $188 a month for Bella and I it was $250 a month at Jostens. And that was just my part of it.
I looked at Cobra and they wanted 400 a month for Bella and myself. Being on unemployment that would mean living under a bridge. I am on a super tight budget had to cut out a lot of things. But I can pay my bills just been cutting back on expenses since I got divorced.
Jana you can go through a broker basically and get individual coverage for you and your family it's what me and Mike did for years. We paid like $250 for both the kids and $300 or something for Mike for BCBS
seriously people, let the woman do her job and stop micro managing.
ugh..
