1999 Pioneer Press Medallion Hunt

Submitted by Casey Trauer on

It's time for the Medallion Hunt! The first clue will appear on PioneerPlanet just after midnight Saturday, Jan. 22. Come back here to compare notes with other treasure seekers, but be certain you read the rules on the Planet's Winter Carnival page.

I'm still leaning towards Como. Does anybody know if there is any writing on the door of the tea house in the Japanese Garden?

Commish - Hamline? So your close to Newell Park - What are the addresses along Snelling - 9 - 5 - 4 ??

Mon, 01/25/1999 - 11:47 PM Permalink
Ms. Milwaukee

The figure refers to mathmatics and having to figure 9-5-4. Adding up to 18 the number of wheels on the 15000 semi's parked and drove out of the railroad tracks across Pierce Butler from Newell

Happy Hunting and Good-night Eags, Terry, Pat, Green.....

Not sure if Newell is big enough, but can't rule out Como, Phalen or Highland.... Just 'cuz there are lot's of activities at Como doesn't mean they won't hide it there. They have activities there every year. In fact, I think clue 2 may lead us there, just telling us to not get too close to the slide.

I don't think you can see the green clock of St. Agnes from Newell, but it might be worth a look/see.

Regalman is just off Pierce Butler, east of Hamline.

So, NOT!!!

Just very obsessed with this and read TONS. Also, have met and talked to Steve and Maureen - that won it last year. You can keep whatever ittiz in, but you can't keep The Med. They use the same one each year.

I think the 9 and 5 are separate but equal nearby and 'somewhere a 4' refers to golf in adifferent part of the park.
