It's time for the Medallion Hunt! The first clue will appear on PioneerPlanet just after midnight Saturday, Jan. 22. Come back here to compare notes with other treasure seekers, but be certain you read the rules on the Planet's Winter Carnival page.
Terry
Nope...just recognized the addresses and the directions you were giving. I live about 1 1/2 miles from you and my sister used to live right about where you are.
Well, adorn means to decorate, so maybe we should be thinking of some sort of scoreboard that you put numbers on first, and then find out what the 9-5-4 is all about, just a suggestion. What do you think?
Eye would keep it. Mat it in an expensive frame. What can they do? So they don't give you the ten grand? Big deal. It's so novel, it in a week it would be worth TWICE as much to a high bidder!
Regal, because I was wondering what the address iz on the police station over at Highland. Wonder how many ball parks there are there... Stuff like that! And I know Hamline runs over by Highland!
Eye mean, think about it... How cool to have the ONLY medallion that WASN'T turned in! It would be worth a REAL fortune in no time. It would also look damn neat over my fireplace.
GREEN< Okay, I can understand. In the midway area, hamlines last addresses are 900's b-4 pierce, not even 2 blocks before pierce, 700's by the time you get all the way to highland and edgcumbe rd basically, the numbers are most likely going to be double digit or very low hundreds. Plus I believe police station is addressed to montreal not hamline
Sorry to irritate you, Regal, but you xpect anybuddy to keep straight where one lives that they don't know when you have to slog thru as much innane stuff that's on here????
You'll prolly have to tell me at least 20 more times during the upcoming week!!! This pea-brain can only hold so much info!!!
Ittiz!!!
Can you get up here AT ALL during the hunt???? And where's Bee???
I think phalen......in the park there is a softball field that is right next to a street court for hoops and they form a triangle with phalen golf course....what do you think??
Am I wrong or was the Ice Palace at Phalen in 1985?--Near a Golf Course (4), 1985 would be on the statue between the 2nd and 3rd parking lots which also happens to be near an outdoor theatre (scene, action).
They slid it in a slider sleeve and jammed it in a heel. They dressed it up like stogies, and adorned a buggy wheel. It slept in cracks and drainpipes fit for any ugly roach. And then the time had come: it took a capitol approach.
...and then she tossed it back into the snow, right Terry?
Doesn't this clue sound like it would be like more of a clue #7 or #8 instead of #3?? Do you think the PP wants the people to find the medallion before we get 3-6 inches of snow?? Do you think they moved this clue up?
>>Think, people...."numbers keep score" (board) and "adorn the front door" (a house). There is a clue about flying downhill(snowboarding) and there is a place called "the House" in St Paul which specializes in snowboarding equipment. Is it near a golf course (somewhere a four)?

Snake correct, newell is small, but it is totally wide open, hardly even trees

954, hmm 15 years since newell. 6 since HF. HF in 1954. 4=ford. 59 cent hambers?
What about Banks around the Parks , 9 to 5 = Bankers Hours and somewhere a Four back to a park with a golf course?
Excuse me for noodlin - but...
Clue #1 Key words: Fairway & Scene (Fair-View Ave borders NP); Won't be "caught" (Baseball - Midway Stadium).
Clue #3 Key Words: "Score" and "Shout" refer to Stadium and cheering; 9-5-4 ref: to NP is in 900 block of Fair-View,
Also - historical point. Taylor was President in 1849 - 150 years ago when the PP started.
