No, it's the right spelling. Capitol = Dome Building, Capital = Capital of the state i.e. St. Paul

I had that thought the first time I read the clue.. Someone mentioned later there was a park of a river park adopted by the marines, although I couldn't find that park...

I have no idea where everyone is looking, I was out last night at harriett and only saw one other person, and I don't think they were hunting.....

There seem to be a few different ways Central Park in Roseville might fit. It's north of St. Paul, and it's really wide.

I'm going to have to agree with some people from last night, I don't think "coldest star" is refering to an astronomicly accurate cold star. Seems more likely it's just a reference to something people would think is the coldest star, not the one science would tell us is.

marines adopted the strech of river in riverfront park off of shepard road. don't think thats it though

Some people think the north star is the coldest, I'm not sure...

And to my knowledge, no, the medallion is located on public land in ramsey county, which includes a larger area than just St Paul itself... though the clues lead you to believe you should be able to see St Paul....

oh flag is green, I will tell hubby he is wrong (that is always good for me)
