no the bar was done @ 1 but we went out to shoot a little pool @ university billiards after with the manager of sharx any idea about the meaning of TOME? havent really checkd out the clue real hard.. but yeah Zack and i will be out in that same area fri @ around 2 or 3 look for a turq> jacket and the red and black Marlboro jacket
line 3 refers to "these clues" rather than "this clue"... does that mean within clue 6 there are a couple/few things to factor or are we to Closely link clue 6 with the previous..
jody... that leans toward HP cause most of the park IS a golf course and there is a fence separating the course and the"park" hense the phrase "stay away from the action...
Has anyone given thought to smaller parks (i know newell is small), but i looked through past clues for various parks and it follows a pattern of the bigger the park the earlier they give you the name of the park (more digging area) Como -- 4th clue, Highland -- 5th clue.
Newell is out of the question.....is HP? I've searched both Wed. and Thurs. nights. It seems as if it might be there...but there is so much ground to cover. Has anyone thought of the disc golf course idea? "Non-traditional..." Disc golf is non-traditional.

I think it may be Washington on the tome thing but I can't remember which park borders Washington!
I found medallion and polished off for one of you lucky winners. I found it at @@@@@@@@@@@ oops censored....
beastie, you ever sleep?
try but i gotta know where everyone is lookin"
Hey park-go-in'-man,the big "L" for you..................
I hear ya beastie. Got a buddy who's convinced St. Peter (Bible) is a connection in #6
what are yer ideas about TOME i got no idea....
Tome - a large book... Webster's dictionary... Bible (value as well in the new testament?)
any searchers in the cooler?
yo
Tome - a volume forming part of a larger work - I'm beginning to like the Bible connection... New Testament
have you hazarded a guess at the location of the medallion?
hail Boreas!
Capitol mall - St. Peter runs into it.
what like one of prophecies matthew,mark,luke.john....????
.....or william shakespeare. a famous person, but do any of his characters correspond to st.paul parks?
romeo; there is a rome st near HP??
hmmmm... Shakespeare..... Bible.... lots of names to go through... Hamlet-Hamline York.., Matthew Mark Luke John Peter Judas(iconoclast??)....
What about statues of famous people at various parks that may match the clues?

personally, i'm leaning towards como - it's been there recently, but they've put it in the same park 2 - 3 years apart before....
many statues around the capitol mall... Hail Boreas!
the first letter of each clue unscrambled spells S A I N T F A WHAT NEXT?
as far as first letters of clues spelling out the name.....i don't think so, that idea is still too fresh in peoples minds
HEY ROJOECON....THE MEDALLION IS NOT IN MY FRONT YARD!! PLEASE STOP DIGGING THERE !
anagrams possibly...maybe anagrams of words in previous clues will lend a hint to more recent clues?
this is so frustrating....
so, Boreas Rex, "Saint f"... is a strong possibility...
St. Thomas - no F... St. Peter - no F.... St. Paul Ave. - no F... fooey... actually phooey - no F!
someone once posted S.A.I.N.T. F.A.N. leading one towards Newell park?
ST. Fan? why? because of Midway? maybe a stretch... maybe not...
Could there be a statue of a famous person holding a "tome", book of some sort. That would fit "these clues" in line three?
there is a rome street somewhere by newell and hp, i dont have my husdon right now, so i can pin piont it, but i know there is one there!!!!
I'm off to discuss clues with a fellow hunter.. hopefully I'll be back in a half hour with some fresh ideas (fingers crossed)...
lildebi its there right off snelling splitting the two high schools...

yeah i got a hudson right here and i do notice a st. denns rd just south of HP also but i dont think that has any sig....
What about the pided piper of hamelin. This could point toward Hamelin which runs along HP or the university which is near Newell.
I was at HP two days ago and the disc-golf area is torn to shreds, especially around the "hole" for four and "tee" for five.
Annie... i broke down the word "DISCerning" and if DISC is removed it is really close to "yearning"&"learning"...
isnt hamline university over there by hp too--
Good Mornig All!
Just Checking in.
