The problem is that people forgive him for the crap he pulls because of it.

Jethro, he's changing as a person. He's getting better about things. Is he perfect yet? No. But if you want to just condemn people and not give them a chance, then what incentive do they have to become better people?

I wonder how most people would act if you they were a 21 year old poor kid who suddenly had millions in the bank and people telling him how great he is.

That's not to excuse his past antics and I don't think anyone was. I am talking strictly from a football aspect he's got massive talent. I wasn't making excuses for his personal lapses. Does he get breaks because of who he is ? Sure it's unfair and wrong and it happens everywhere outside of football too it's called life. I think he's a putz but seems to be maturing more. I thought Chris Carter was a jerk but was one of the best recievers I've ever seen. In the end he turned out to be more of a liability though because of his attitude and I think or hope Moss saw that and learns from it.

You mean you wouldn't just take time off to follow the ICP on tour? I'm sure you could get yourself a lot of Faygo too. I would still work too probably. Finish up school. Try to invest as much of the money as I could. I don't see myself as getting extravegant items. My brother would probably get an Escalade all pimped out with phat rims and a huge system, all that. Me, I'd probably get a nice family mini-van. Get a nice little house. That's just me though. Oh yeah, and have a mock hunt with a nice big prize.

AHh....... I know like Hell If it were to happen tomorrow, the first thing I'd do, would be to get myself and Shaggs and his brother, first row seats for Wrestlemania, next year, in New York, at Madison Square Garden.... it would be like a birthday present too.... cause Wrestlemania is always in march... and my b-day is the 16th...

Jethro, he's changing as a person. Are you sure or is it just a PR move? He's getting better about things. Is he perfect yet? No. But if you want to just condemn people and not give them a chance, then what incentive do they have to become better people? He has had his chance and several times over. When are we going to say enough already? Just wait something will happen and we will see the real Moss again.

I'm sorry, but Moss could be a cross dressing pig fucker for all I care as long as he pulls off the big plays. Plus it gives the commentators something to rant about during time-outs.

The problem is that people forgive him for the crap he pulls because of it.

I don't forgive him for shit 'cause I don't give a shit either way. There's plenty of worse acts committed out there every day that needed the attention than he got for what he did.

I'm sorry, but Moss could be a cross dressing pig fucker for all I care as long as he pulls off the big plays. And some people wonder why our society has problems.

I don't forgive him for shit 'cause I don't give a shit either way. There's plenty of worse acts committed out there every day that needed the attention than he got for what he did. He is always pulling some crap. And he is forgiven each time he is allowed on the field and each time anyone praises him for his athletic ability. People should be admired for more than pure physical ability. And they should be condemned for bad character.

And some people wonder why our society has problems.

I don't wonder why at all. There's plenty of reasons to choose from.

And he is forgiven each time he is allowed on the field

I doubt it very much if any jury gives a shit what he does on the field. That's my point. Why should I care any more what bad things that he does vs. anyone else? I'm not on a jury who decides what happens to him for a particular incident. The only reason I know or even care about the guy is because of his athletic ability. If he didn't have that impact I doubt it very much if anyone would really care what he does. There's much worse things being done so why focus energy on his antics? I know that I would never excuse anybody from anything just because of who they are. They would receive a fair trial just like anybody else. That's why there's a jury selection process. To weed out those who have blinders on.

I don't wonder why at all. There's plenty of reasons to choose from. Yea and one of them is that we just happy to compromise principles for sports heros. Well, if they don't have to behave why should anyone else?

I doubt it very much if any jury gives a shit what he does on the field. That's my point. Why should I care any more what bad things that he does vs. anyone else? It appears to me that is the signal that is being sent. If you are a star athlete do what you want you'll be forgiven. I can hear it now, "For God's sake just keep playing ball."

The Vikings will honor Cris Carter at halftime of Sunday night's game against Chicago. A national television audience will see Carter's No. 80 retired and his name added to their Ring of Honor. It will be the final time for Minnesota fans to recognize one of the greatest -- and most enigmatic -- players in team history.

will be manhandled with precise accuracy and domination. Look for a stellar performance by Super Freak. Watch for the sparks flying off the number 1 quarterback in the NFL cleats inside the red zone. A 3-0 start in the NFC North against all division rivals is as good as being six games up in the standings. Just think, the vikes are outstanding in the running game without the premier running back. That sure is a scary thought huh? SKOL VIKINGS!!! ..hey Red, Please sign Chris Walsh. See ya all in Houston !!!

Hey, where is Machias anyway ?

I hope he's not still down in Pheonix melted into the parking lot at Sun Devil stadium. Well if he is perhaps he can give Farve a ride home although I hope he doesn't count on Brett for directions, Seems ol Bert Favre' has a problem with directions such as where the recievers are.

My work schedule says I can not be in attendance of TMKS' get-together. It sounds like a good time. I just got turned down for christmas vacation already---too short of notice. :( I had asked my brother if he wanted to go but he said he might not be able to make it. He said he would let me know by Wednesday. If he does not want to go, you can be my guest. Check here around 10pm Wednesday night. I'll let you know for sure then. Sound OK?

I read this statement from Doug Johnson the Falcons QB.----

I don't think they're as good as we are," Johnson said. "When you're playing at home, you're supposed to beat teams you're better than. It's very frustrating."

What drugs is this guy on? The Falcons suck. Anyone can see the VIkes are a way better team. You know deep down inside, this idiot truly wants to be a Viking. SKOL VIKINGS!!!
