doh! I wanted the first post in this thread. Don't know why though. So, thoughts on 2005? I'm thinkin Newell for some reason.

I'm sure that has nothing to do with it being the closest park to my work.

I've felt compelled to take a Joe at 25, 50 and 75 also! There must be some hidden meaning behind that!

just think ..in about a year...10,000 posts to be made...that is what?

My math is bad how many joes?

Sat, 02/07/2004 - 11:07 AM Permalink
KC0GRN

depends on what you would consider to be a Joe. Maybe there should be formal Joe rules?

Sat, 02/07/2004 - 11:09 AM Permalink
Terry

Formal joe rules!?!? I hope not.

A joe is whatever you want it to be...a favorite number, a birthdate a birth year, the year your kids were born, an anniversary...whatever floats your boat.

Sat, 02/07/2004 - 11:10 AM Permalink
KC0GRN

lol then no way to tell how many joe's in 10,000. Unless you venture to say they all can be, then it's 10,000 joes.

Oh and Joe for 21, an important age for some people.

If I had to take a stab at Next Years first clue, it would be:

For the next 12 days, I will be posting a prediction. At the end you tell me, what park and what it is hidden in.

To those who were fucked over the puck in 2004
A new hunt will start today, as someone will find the treasure someday.

Go look in your local park, unless you want to here Joe bark
A few stunts were played, and a few stunts are played!

In saneyou say? How about gettin' whacked with a Kane!
Saint Paul or not, we can not say; but the name lays on a bbuildings name

Google, Yahoo, iSkeek you think, and don't forget Jeeves
Place the location to gether, and they do not agree

A-B-C-D-E-F-G; Something you learend as a kid
Know your ABC's; that would be the first step to our game

A man once said, don't be a nark, and we are not a nark
Don't nark tis' this game is fair play

If you want to win the contect, you will not get fucked by the rules
Where if you want to do you resaerch, Jeeves will think your insaine!!

Assuming there will be a hunt, and people will want to participate.

1. If you are choking on an ice cube, don't panic. Simply pour a cup of boiling water down your throat and presto! The blockage will be almost instantly removed.

2. Clumsy? Avoid cutting yourself while slicing vegetables by getting someone else to hold them while you chop away.

3. Avoid arguments with the Mrs. about lifting the toilet seat by simply using the sink.

4. High blood pressure sufferers: simply cut yourself and bleed for a while, thus reducing the pressure in your veins.

5. A mouse trap, placed on top of your alarm clock, will prevent you from rolling over and going back to sleep when you hit the snooze button

6. If you have a bad cough, take a large dose of laxatives, then you will be afraid to cough.

7. Have a bad tooth ache? Hit your thumb with a hammer, then you will forget about the tooth ache.

Sometimes we Just Need to Remember What The Rules of Life Really Are...

You need only two tools: WD-40 and Duct Tape.

If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40.

If it moves and shouldn't, use the duct tape.

Everyone seems normal until you get to know them.

Never pass up an opportunity to pee.
If You Woke up Breathing, Congratulations! You have another chance!

And Finally. Be Really Good To Your Family and
Friends. You never know when you are going to need them to empty your bedpan

That bein said, I was there from 3:50 to 6:45, when the snow started and it was too dark to geocache anymore. Which reminds me

Hey Ian, how long will all the RHB/Phalen caches be out there? I need to know if I have to get back out there soon or not.
