I'll be happy to sign them! I'd also be happy to get together if there is a group of people interested in getting the book before the predig. I am in the process of lining up some retail stores to carry the book and they will also be available on the website through paypal. But if enough people are interested, I could save you from running around or paying shipping and handling charges.
I'll stop back in with updates when I have the books in hand.
'Heads: Sat, Feb 2, 5-5:30 PM, at 10th & Cedar. Staging #F-14. Parade begins at 6:00 PM. THANK MOMPRESS FOR INVITING US!!!
I was quite mortified when called on it - here, for all to see. But I couldn't argue. I was way, way, way in the wrong. And I've been really good since - at least HERE! LOL!!!
Trent's afraid he's gonna have to put a XXX rating on NTFCF!!! :D
Cool book Mr. Med, you may have saved me some valuable time researching at the library to find the original clues in the papers. Let me know when I can get one (Like the limited quantities thing, can I get mine signed too?)
Green, I was close at the end, but I dug up most of Highland(witch I will probable do again this year) long after you had switched to Phalen. I needed a new user name so I added diggin in the wrong park...;
I think there may be a lot of snow come the hunt. The squirrels at my bird feeder are much fatter than usual, and they are usually much more accurate then the weather gurus.
THX could you add my new user name to the invite board thanks.
Awesome book Mr. Med!!!  I'm glad you were finally able to finish it. That had to be tons of work. I look forward to getting a copy. Were you able to use any photos?
Is it me or would everybody like to see Mr. Med Hunter and Treasure Hunters Guide throw down in a cage match? Except the cage would be made out of ice to keep with the theme. Heck they could even do it in their long johns for even more effect. ;-)
Oh and G - I'd love to pitch in for search lights for the screening but it might be hard to see them at noon. We can still do it but maybe save them for clue 10.
And a big hello to New Daddy and Lilman. Nice to see you guys stopping in.

Wow - I never thought of that. Do you think the puck is translucent to black lights? I have a battery one that I inspect with that could proove handy in case the thing gets kicked around like last year. I would hope they learn from their mistakes but I could still find some weird stuff out there at 3am each night. It would give me something more to do when I run out of places to dig anyway.
A NEW Treasure Hunt Book!
Ssshh. Don't tell Scribe.
Mr. Med Hunter it looks great. I'll take one to hang on the wall.

in the park or at PP?
how do we know if where in the right park on clue 9?? heck with the current system I think we are lucky to be in the right park on clue 11.
Good point - We could always use the lights to throw people off and put them at the fair grounds.
in the park or at PP?
Depends on the park... if you tried a black light in some of the parks the glow would be blinding!  ;)
ewww.
I can just see Green in the Park with big black lights lighting up a pile of green glowing donuts.
Wow, getting super busy in here!
http://www.ambericawest.com/blacklight.html
I dont' think it would work after reading this site.
but is something we could test ahead of time.....
now where is that stockpile of lucite pucks...somewhere around her...
http://www.phy.bnl.gov/~takai/MariachiWeb/physics-det.html
wait just a minute....maybe this could work.....
http://pages.globetrotter.net/srp/tablan02.htm#Pucks
you can find a lucite puck for $49 bucks... damn that seems like a lot for a little puck...
Get your own custom Lucite medallion here!Â
http://www.webaum.com/pages/Medallions-and-Lucite-Embe.htm
Too bad they weren't cheaper - drop a bunch of THOSE in parks ahead of time... watch people come unglued thinking they had THE medallion...
