It's looking more and more like the 2003 hunt, when we were all at H.Island, and it was really at Como. I'm thinking more and more that Como is it AGAIN!!!!
Hello- heads. How are all you people. I've noodled myself into some interesting places today. Most of them are convincing of HF & Crosby, but Dictionary Dan the definition man can re-work almost all of them back into Como, Highland etc... *sigh* One step forward- two steps back.
Lawrence Hodgson was born in Hastings, MN. He was a newspaper columnist for St. Paul newspapers writing under the pseudonym Larry Ho. He was mayor of St. Paul for four years and elected or appointed to numerous other public offices. A much loved man, Hodgson was a statesman, public speaker and humanitarian.
I keep thinking myself in circles, intermittently talking myself into and out of Crosby. I want to believe its that easy, but clue 2 is tooobvious and there is such a huge consensus it makes me nervous. I know Crosby is huge and all but...
Poet sings was dylan in american pie. As american as apple pie. Is this saying that the once blue puck is now in a McD's red hot apple pie box? Food item thats inedable? Fit for kings maybe a burger king bag??
Great pix Ian. WIWT! Although, remembering back to when Jake found MK's coin in that light pole after we all looked there before him, I'm not going to rule out that those particular holes or cracks were indeed empty. I'll need to check them all tonight and decide for myself. ;-P
Nice shot of the boy there too Otis. Is he hooked yet?
There were a couple. Not where I was looking though. We went over directly in line with Homer and poked around. Made notes of the rather large trees including some that had fallen in the area. Had some italian guy who was in the park ask me why all these people were carring around tools. That was kinda funbecause he din't speak good english. So I was trying to talk to him in a broken form of spanish english and hand gesters. He understood 10,000 dollars ok though :)
Nice shot of the boy there too Otis. Is he hooked yet?
Yeah CM my youngest is hooked. He didn't care where we dug so long as we were moving snow. Thats all he wanted to do. Going to be a major asset to the crew in the coming years.
So I'm hung on the TTT thing. Here are my theroy's
1) There are three T's in the road. Maybe they form a triangle or something?
2) It's not the T's we should be paying attention to but the apostrophy (sp?). Maybe it's trying to spell out an anagram like "It's Phalen Park" from last year.
3) There's a beat pattern to the clue that adding that extra cylable to throws it off
Those are my thoughts. Haven't had time to really invistagate any of them, but it's something to ponder.
//and yes I know I can't spell. Art teach me please!
OTS...are you sure it was Redbear? He said he was flying to Vegas this morning. Also, regarding people reading the boards, there are a bunch of people from the PP Board that went out there today too. I haven't seen anything deciphered in here that hasn't also been in there.
Just got home - was with Scribe, G, Kitch. Saw Jake. The most difficult thing about this park is finding landmarks. There are lots of big fallen down trees.
I'm guessing the line at the PP will be way longer tonight. I was suprised at how few were there last night, and then when I got back home, how few posts there were. I spose the one's 'in the know' are keeping their secrets- hee.
think crosby also but there isnt that much facts and who ever said como is a complete idiot because it stats in the rules that its not at como harriet or phalend and that it cant be at the capitol, golfcourses, or construction sites
maybe the PP, is being paid off, by the city of saint paul, to try and get people out to enjoy wild flowers, and prarie grasses.... 2 years in a row? lol.
Nah, I'll probably come home later and shower, the other guy will be fine by himself for a bit :)
Headin' out now, talk to you later :)

Thanks, OT. I was wondering who that guy was. Google wasn't super helpful. I did get a nice episode guide to "Perfect Strangers" on the list.
I Googled again typing in "Larry Ho statesman" and found that. I've always wondered who the heck he was too.

Y'all thinking the clue to Crosby? White Christmas was mentioned. But not much of one. Bing Crosby+/- White Christmas connection.
I hear ya coco, same deal here.

Nice pictures of the boy, OTS!

Maybe it wasn't him OT... looked like him from afar

Some spots are dense others are pretty easy to walk through.
