An eagle could be referring to the golf stroke.

Good Morning Crew!

Last hope - I like that!  Thanks for sharing.

I figured out the "treasure fit for kings," I think.

Gold.

As in goldenrod. It grows with yarrow.

'Marning, 'Heads!  Hi, Ter!

Was Ramsey FOR SURE a general?  Wasn't he just a Cornel (however you spell it!)?

Morning everybody!

Boy, sleep is a good thing. I decided to stay in last night, and even though I didn't go to bed early, I did sleep in a little. Now I'm raring to go. Gottta drop off the Mrs. downtown Stpl, then off to Crosby to get my medallion!

Looks like some of us have the same sleep schedule. We're all waking up at the same time!

Good Morning Green, Stall.

Ramsey was a governor.  I don't know about his military record or ranking.

Green you heading out today? Are you gonna follow the crowds or follow your instinct?

Stal, I've been out and at Quiet H2O right now for putter use.

I'm still working on my instincts.  I've gotten one general - Washington - doing some more noodling.

May hit Crosby, too.

Hello, all. Time to grab my son, my shovels and my thinking cap and head to Crosby. Hopefully I will find a place to park. Good luck to all!

Howdy!

The "treasure fit for kings" is GOLD... As in GOLDEN ROD.  It grows with yarrow. There's more goldenrod than yarrow.  You'd see it first, that's why it was mentioned first.

Now...  Longfellow's (he wrote the Song of Hiawatha), is between the field generals of Washington and McArthur.

I've found my goldenrod, gotta find the yarrow.

I was looking at the Park and Rec and Crosby is a regional park, not a St. Paul park, may the reason they say it is not in a SPP.

Do you think "Magoffin" avenue is a clue? There are three different "Magoffin" parts in HF/Crosby. Web says a guy named Beriah Magoffin was a pioneer in St Paul days with a farm there
