Midway Stadium is not private Property.... it is run by St. Paul Parks and Rec I called them yesterday and they confirmed it....call them yourself at 651-644-6659

Conway looks the the park right now, but what about the iconoclast? Rith and Wilson don't fit the bill in my opinon.
