It's time for the Medallion Hunt! The first clue will appear on PioneerPlanet just after midnight Saturday, Jan. 22. Come back here to compare notes with other treasure seekers, but be certain you read the rules on the Planet's Winter Carnival page.
No Russ...they do not want people digging on ANY sliding areas...ruins it for the kids to play...people really get mad when those areas get dug up and ruined for
sliding especially after kids take the time to make the hills smoothe...etc... :))
I figured something out...dont' get all excited now...that one web crossing off screen comes up if you double click or are impatient, so it's best to wait. If you can't
wait, it'll take even longer to try to get back on. Just thought I'd let you knwo.
Just got back from Conway- 99% sure its there, all the clues say it. About 350 people at least were All over, but its pretty big. I dont think anyone will find it until
another clue narrows the spot in the park down (unless someone gets REALLY lucky), but its there, you can tell.
2.5 hrs for the next vague clue!! paper comes out same time as internet this year- that really ruins a great tradition of standing in line with my beer talking clues w/
I have to get off for a while, but I'll be back soon! Thanks to everyone for the help, tips, and polite conversations. Good luck, and remember to smile! :-) see ya later
all hunters beware there's a guy in a blue car,red fender and red driver door driving around conway holding a round object out his window trying to make everyone
think he's got it and he did fool afew earlier they were throwing down their shovels and such so dont lose your wits if ya see this big twit just turn and look and give
Ouchie, just logged on. Your right, go with your Dad. I remember when my Dad used to pull me out of school to look for the treasure. Since he's gone this is one
memory I'll never forget. We had great times together looking for the treasure, some years soo close, other years laughing how far away we were from it. All in all
the stories we can tell and the memories I have spending time with my Dad looking for the treasure, is worth more than the prize of finding it.
Why Midway Stadium?
maybe it is by a keep out sign by a water tower at highland?
Many clues fit.......

All the prize is is a FURBIE DOLL.
Highland's out. Sign = large 3M sign
I think everyone is right about Conway but what about the 9, 5 and 4 what does that have to do with Conway?
Not anywhere near conway, i live about 1/2 a mile from where it is, so i know how the clues relate
where b.e?
freshman, you goin' lookin' tonight? Big party at your place tomorrow?
I wonder if it will be found tonight
going searching in about 10 mins
I think the valuable sign is simply the Wilson Street sign because it comes from Woodrow(trees in a line) and will bring you to Conway park
Its in como, i know people keep thinking that its not because it was 2 year ago, but i know
ouchie--if I am going my dad has to come with, maybe I'll go. Nope, no party at my place...sorry!
B.E--explain why como??
I don't think that it is ON the sliding hill, I just think that it is by it because there is a perfect view of all three objects from there.
glowing translucent peak- Como conservitory

whats the translucent peak by conway?
BE--I think a peak is a pointy thing, not a dome
OOOOHHHH
sunray plaza
there's a point at the top
Two pairs of hands are better than one - go with your dad and have fun!

3m makes transluscent tape.
Como Conservatory isn't really a peak. Also not enough clues lead to Como. It's at Conway.
sunray plaza has glass peak....
BE--sorry, I didn't know that ouchie-yeah, I guess you're right, but I don't know if he'll want to go at 11:30! He's gotta work tomorrow
Sunray has two glass peaks.
will someone tell me how these clues relate to conway?????
2.5 hrs for the next vague clue!! paper comes out same time as internet this year- that really ruins a great tradition of standing in line with my beer talking clues w/
everyone!!
Isn't Conway just a recreation center and not a "park". It doesn't call it a park in my Hudson book.
Also, the WOODROW would be a little more convincing if the street name was actually Woodrow and not Wilson.
The sign at conway says (CONWAY RECREATION CENER) not PARK
could someone please explain the whole Conway theory???
hey holly

if conway has a water tower it can't be there!

Russ - how do you KNOW its a park? I tried to find it on the "Friends of the Parks" website, but THEIR server is having problems also!!

hey fever... now you will have to start a new tradition of talking clues ON LINE instead of IN line... and please, help yourself to a beer!! :)
