what? just reading 2006 is raising my spirits!
Just watching "Demolition Man" on TV - a Stallone/Snipes movie from the mid 90's. In it, Stallone and Snipes are criminals and get frozen as part of prison.
So in the beginning of the movie, when Snipes' character (named Simon Phoenix) comes up for parole, he kills 3 people and escapes. So the cops look for the names of the people who had parole hearings that day:
Peterson, Scott
Phoenix, Simon

I like the blimp idea kitch.
This year I'm gonna work on that parks masterlist, maybe start mapping out the non st. paul parks, start in North St. Paul, since it has a hunt right after the main event, it'll be a good test subject anyways, work the bugs out, figure what information would be good to have.
Gotta learn mysql and take a refresher on php, so I can get an online searchable database up. Now alls I need is to keep motivated on the project, that's where you guys all come in.
get to work joel
I'm just glad KC is on our side.
lol thanks.
mounds or beaver. Take your pick.
I'd be happy with any park on the east side.
not me. Is everything alright over there?
LOVE THE AVATAR!!!
like a rainbow in the dark! ;)
I like the hunt almost as much as anyone else, but you know what? I like to see some summer too. So can we have a little sun and tank-top weather before we start moanin' for winter? Please?

There's a JoeFrog signed into the PF! hehe Suppose it belongs here?
I feel the same as you Ian. I'm looking forward to summer now and my vacation and gardening and all that good stuff.  For everything there is a season.
Sounds like good news LAM. Crosses fingers.
I can't wait for summer. I got me a sail boat last year. I could never find people to go during the day, so I learned to sail her myself. Still searching for a name - I liked Eleanor RIGme, but hubby doesn't like it. Anybody up for sailing this summer?
C'mon Kitch.
Yeah, it'll be here before we know it.
Yeah... should make for great driving weather on the way to work tonight.

At least it's not raining. Minnesotans don't seem to drive well in rain...
FB - You might have found a partner with my hubby. He shares a *tiny* little boat with his Dad. They were thinking of keeping it on one of the Mpls lakes (Nokomis?), but don't know if they're going to or not. Guess it's a bit of a price, and then a lottery to get your spot. Anyway, he loves to go out on it, and it's not so much my thing.,,
He said his map was basically "Lake, smaller lake, woods".
That'll all depend on how his schedule works out. Right now, he's off on Thursdays. I'm sorry, but I have NO idea what kind of boat. If I remember right, it was a "build it yourself" kit. Not sure though.
I'm pretty okay - on the rare occasions that it's just the 2 of us. It's difficult with kids on board though. First off, it's *small*, and they're constantly moving....
