AirBourne - we think crack the code means to unscramble demo and mode for dome and dome. But not sure what it means. You can see the Cathedral dome from Cherokee park. Also, in the far distance you can see two big dome-like water towers. Maybe you can see these from where the medallion actually is, although this is just one sister's opinion.

the first place i looked was the part of cherokee right near the high bridge... there is that set of binoculars (large object "in view", and also "zoom") plus the other stack, water, view, track references fit. anyone else try that spot?
mother verbea - dome park (actually, Goodrich) is in maplewood, not St. Paul. Larpenteur is the border, not N. St. Paul Road. Besides, this park is too small - just like Beaver. And, there are not smoke stacks.

there are 32 words in the first clue... divide by 2 once = 16, divide by 2 abain = 8... that is the double division... does anybody know what 8 might refer to at cherokee or mounds?
Has anyone been down to get the paper the last couple of nights. Or have you all been to lazy like me and just picked it off the net ? I am courious as to the time the paper has been coming out. Not like I'm going to leave the fire and the fine scotch and cigar to run down there.

you can see the capital dome from cherokee too, but only in a few places... same with the blue domes to the east which are the highland water towers

We were on the East side of the park by the division and city streets
in my street guide (hudson's) beaver lake pk. looks about the size of cherokee

Well, I was thinking that a line of double division is Annapolis. It divides both st paul/wsp and Ramsey/Dakota cty.
