There's a great sledding hill (if you're a kid) near the intersection of Wyoming and Chippewa, going down the hill toward Annapolis. It's where I used to go sledding as a kid.
was digging at cherokee today, my kids had their sleds, my son got halfway down the hill, and said, "dad, this isn't fun!" maybe when the snow isn't so soft/wet they would zoom? i'm counting on it :)
Hey, that could be. We were next to a guy this morning at CP who found a video cassette tape with one of the spools punched out. PERFECT SIZE) we left this morning cuz we thought someone found it. But the news didn't report it so we're heading back after tonights clue.
it might be a little far fetched, but i think it might be in a Dole pinapple can. this is why.....you know how we got dome from demo and mode i think lode could mean dole.
Air - demo and mode are both/'two' anagrams of "dome", which two of can be seen from Cherokee. Lode - minining term - copper - metal is that the top of the Cathedral is made out of, which also can be seen from Cherokee.
OK, people. "Double division" is the city/county border that runs along Cherokee, Annapolis Street. That's that.
La Rosa Pasta is apparently made on the West Side. Some think the medallion could be in one of their pasta boxes. Close enough to "rosebud," I suppose.
My votes for CP, I think the Mounders all went to bed.
Cherokee it is!
The mounders are still out their digging, , ,drove through there little bit ago. About 15 that I saw, but that was it.
Cherokee
After tonight's clue, we're not likely to hear anything more from those that believe Mounds is it.
we're up to FOUR VOTES for Cherokee.

make that Cherokee:6
Mounds: 0
Ivy Falls: -1
E.R., Where do you get 'bread dough'?
Lots of kids were sledding down that hill today...not a long, high hill but great for little folks.
Cherokee
2 sisters - there is no double divisin at mounds. it is at cherokee. or beaver lake :)
that hill was getting lots of use today.
Terry, the big question is though, where those kids 'zooming'? Pretty tough to do on that hill...
Hey Mother YVI One of us is in our 30's and not single and one of us is single and not in our 30's. Does that mean the treasure is in Cherokee Park?
rumor has it that there is a rosebud statue at cherokee park. can anyone confirm this?
Airbourn, Most of the kids were younger and I bet they would say they were zooming. The more it's used, the faster they will zoom.
I didn't see one when I was there.

Heck, I've *just* entered my 30's and am moving slower and slower each day. I'm only going as far a Cherokee...
Airbourn-
in Clue #7 it sayz "...promises lots of dough".It is just an idea.
Beaver Lake
I saw a rosebud there!!
double division is the basketball court at cherokee
We heard that there is something called Rosebud Pasta and it's hidden in that box. Could that be true?
Have never seen a rosebud statue at Cherokee. Are there any statues at Cherokee? I'm sure I've never seen any.
selma or patty (the single one). yes, i'll be at cherokee soon!
Hmmm, a rosebud statue at Cherokee? I used to live on Cherokee, and I don't recall one. (Doesn't mean it's not there, tho...)
What's the deal with mode/code/lode?
FYI--Prospect Park is not at the corner of Baker and Cherokee. Prospect Park is on Prospect and Bidwell. The tennis courts are in Cherokee.
think someone has found it and is taking thair time to collect the money. its just a gut feeling.
We're going to Cherokee because it's close to where we live!!!
double division is the basketball court at cherokee
"The single one" Heh - cracks me up. There's nothing like a good treasure hunt to really bring out date potential, huh?
I gave the basketball court a serious once-over last night. Jordan wouldn't have been proud, and I found no treasure...
No,T.V. Hey Patty & Selma are you formerly known as the two sisters?
Hey Mother how will we know you? Are you wearing a nun outfit?
Hey, that could be. We were next to a guy this morning at CP who found a video cassette tape with one of the spools punched out. PERFECT SIZE) we left this morning cuz we thought someone found it. But the news didn't report it so we're heading back after tonights clue.
No we've always been known as Selma and Patty
what does everyone think its hidden in?
it might be a little far fetched, but i think it might be in a Dole pinapple can. this is why.....you know how we got dome from demo and mode i think lode could mean dole.

Two's and "double" are very important this year.
patty, selma, mother, four's company?
crack the code , demo mode, could this mean kamode. meaning near restroom.
"Hey, is that the medallion in your pocket, or are you just happy to see me?"
I'll be the one with the black NWA hat, and green jacket.
I can't imagine a dough-covered medallion could've made it by the wrath of the Cherokee Park squirrels. They're rowdy little guys...
isn't cherokee in west st paul?
Jeanine, you got it! :)

--Cherokee: many votes
--Beaver Lake: 1.5 votes
--Mounds Park: conspicuously absent from voting
I think its in a tums bottle, because if you take must from the first clue, you get tums
Beendug, that's the best explanation I've heard yet...
Hey Itsinmypocket do we have to split 4 ways then?
I think your really reaching for that one Jenny - I like it!
