Sorry for coming down on you TMK.....I know this is a trying period for you...

I don't think you were coming down Kitch. I hear what you are saying. I think this is a big issue for everyone involved as well for us in here.

I know you just want to keep things fair. Being that it's the job of the mods to keep things straight in the forum it's important we hear about all this.

But politics outside what is affecting the coolercrew in the forum are what we have to be careful about.

TMK you have my support. We just have to make sure that everyone has a chance to give their side as far as it affects them here in the forum. SInce Nick and Steve don't ever show up that leaves TMK who is in a mod spot. Tough spot to be in while dealing with a personal issue.

As for the stuff outside the forum, police action should be involved and asking for support and opinions on things is undesrtandable.

In a side note, I don't let Steph read the posts in here. Nor do I discuss things that are mentioned just in here. She doesn't ask either.

It's okay Kitch. Really, I do feel bad about having to involve all of you in this. We tried to keep you guys out of this as best we could, but in reality it just didn't happen. I know that you guys aren't in the most of enviable of positions. It comes with being a mod. I do truly thank all of you for having to deal with this, for supporting us like you have. I do want this to go away in most easiest way there is that is best for everyone. Hopefully with the legal action that will happen. The relationship between Nick and I, Nick and Coco is too far gone. I don't want it to affect any other relationships if possible. There's been too much damage done as it is. And in reality, I hope that Nick can get the help that he needs to deal with all this. From the start, I never thought I would have a relationship with Elissa. Actions brought us together. As far as Nick, I have wanted him to get help for dealing with things. It's nothing personal, it's something that came from caring for a fellow coolercrew member.

TMK - I'm glad you're sharing all this with us. I just wish for your sake it wasn't necessary.

The only other thing I have to say about all this is get to the police, do it now, quit waiting. This kind of stalking can lead to someone's death, We hear about this stuff often enough in the news. Take heed and protect yourselves best you can.

We just got done talking with the police. There is a report being filed and an investigation will be started. Monday we meet with officials as far as filing against harassment. The police officer will be calling Nick tonight to tell him not to contact Elissa or myself about the situation, and that she wants nothing to do with him and wants nothing from him. If he comes to you guys with anything, just keep ignoring please. According to the police, this is very serious. Thanks for your support.

still alive

Yep, im still here....

havent had a chance to update at all, because the computer at home sucks, and online isnt even an option.

Rumors of late - If you've heard em, dont believe em. If you havent, then dont worry, their not that good anyways.

Not alot going on lately other than that, a whole lotta putting in - in more ways and places, and things, than just one or 2, and a whole lotta nothing coming right back.

Its tuesday, theres a wrestling thing at 1st ave, tonight that I think I might go to as I havent been to one in a long time....who knows.... its hot, and it sucks, and cold beer sounds good.... that reason - the hotness, and also because i havent had one in a while, and also because of the stress of life in general.

to you:

However, I've been watching his my space page and I can tell you that every day I looked he had accessed it. It posts the date right on there.

Just my 2 cents.

Based of a voice mail left by Nick and an egram from Shaggy, Nick was beat up last night. Supposedly it was told to Nick that Elissa and I ordered the beating. Shaggy also threatened to beat up Nick on Friday night if she didn't talk to him before then. The police were told of the previous threats, and I believe Elissa is going to tell them of the new threats.

Who does Nick say beat him up?

here's my $0.02 for nick. sell the stuff on ebay. buy beer with the proceeds. solves several problems mentioned in that entry.

If I remember correctly, Nick didn't specify. "Shaggy" said it was like 6-7 people.

We had our visit with the authorities this morning. Elissa now has a harassment restraining order. He can't contact Elissa directly or through a third party (another person). Also, he can't be at the same location as Elissa. If we're out with other cooler crew members and he shows up, he's supposed to leave. We just want you all to know that. I'm sorry if this causes any discomfort, we're hoping that this will not cause any more problems.

According to the case worker that we talked with, that wouldn't have to be the case. The order is against him. If he were there first and she would have to leave, that would just be a way for him to harass her legally, a way for him to control her life.

Guys, Coco doesn't want to follow Nick around to say he's stalking her. She just wants him to go away and stay away. She doesn't want anything to do with him. She also wants to get some control back in her life. She's felt like she's lost control of her life. She's had to take time out of her life to deal with this. She has feared going to cooler crew events because of him being there. She has talked about leaving here, about not going to any more cooler crew events beccause of him. Why should she have to live that way, have to deal with this? She has enjoyed the times that she's spent with you, and she would like to have more time spent with you. But not when it will involve him being close around.

I didn't mean she would follow Nick around.

I'm just talking about the law.

I also want to say that if not for Nick, Coco probably wouldn't be here.

I don't know how I feel about all this but it makes me feel shitty.

I do want to say that I've got nothing against Coco. I like her a lot and I don't blame her for the situation.

Before her, he hardly hung out with us. Now he's going out to all sorts of things. Heck, he was at Rick Springfield the other night. Is that because he's a Springfield fan, he wants to hang with Cooler Crew, or he's hoping to run into Coco?

It's like 50 feet I think. I can't remember exactly. Out hunting at Como or somewhere like that, it sounds like it would be okay. At the predig gig, I would think it were okay if they were on separate floors. If they were in separate rooms downstairs, I don't know how that would be. Right now she doesn't want him near her at all. You don't truly know how much this has affected her.

The order is for 2 years. After that she would have to get it renewed. The order is based off of things that we can prove for fact is from Nick. At this point that includes the numerous phone calls and emails from him, many which came after he'd been told to stop contacting her. It also includes 3 visits to her residence. At this point I don't see anybody being subpoenaed since you guys aren't really involved with this. With regards to IPs, we've talked with Tim about the IPs. He has determined something, but he would not tell us. He would only tell the authorities. We haven't been able to get in contact with the investigator for her case, so we don't know what has been found out.

Nick has 45 days to contest the order if he wants. I know he has the order because he called this morning to my cell to say that he'd received it. He didn't say anything about wanting to talk to Elissa or pass a message along to her, so I don't know that this is violating the order. I hope that it goes smoothly too. I don't want to see him go to jail. I just want him to leave her alone,and I would love if he could get help for this. He needs help.

don't bet on that. otherwise, it gives you a legal way to control his life, which seems a bit hypocritical to me.

he hunted rosemount for 2 solid days...took the bus to go there...and it was only a $50 prize....I'd be willing to bet a year ago he wouldn't have cared......

He went to Rice street days to hunt....not because he thought coco would show...just because he wanted to hang out with Me2 and Mucluck to hunt for that.....

ya he's more active and doing more things.....kinda hard to prove he's out looking for coco......I think he's just looking for something to do...

and that's all between you, nick, elissa, and the police. every last bit of it. i'm not trying to be insensitive to the situation, but at the same time, if nick shows up first at a cooler crew event, where we are socializing with him, and then you and elissa arrive, it creates an embarassing and awkward situation for the rest of the crew; forcing us to choose sides, and takes away our control of having an enjoyable evening. having the restraining order,

I do apologize. What I'm saying is not talk about it right now. This is all new. He's just been served today. There may be things that happen that take things out of our hands for right now. I was thinking talk about it later on, when people are more informed, have a better understanding of what is going on. Right now people involved directly are too emotional. I'm sorry.

Six, and Terry is enough IMHO.

It's nothing against anyone. There's several more people here that I believe are "Qualified" (Downtown Dave, Scribe, TC, ME2, Ian.....), but I wanted to limit it.

I think this group is diverse enough to represent everyone in the Cooler Crew.

I'm in agreement with THX......we alrdy have had issues..

..if we add anybody new now...we'd have a entire new set of issues...

Wow... sorry I was out and missed the goings on.

I think when Jan comes what happens will happen. I know everyone in the crew wants things to remain smooth and for the entire event to be fun. Thats all it's supposed to be, is about is fun.

It's July..... So we have 6 months to watch things work out as they will and see where they go from here.

It makes me uncomfortable as much as it makes you guys I'm sure.

I personaly have no idea the what the stories are, or who did what or said what or anything elses thats happened. Rumors I tend to ignore because half the time we aren't even sure the person we are speaking with is who they say they are.

I know this much....... I want to have fun.

As far as what will happen during the hunt, I suspect by then this will be old news.

I will not say who, but there was an order for protection out for someone else during the last hunt. They were both at events and both kept their distance and everything worked out just fine.
