Coco has emailed her parents. They were not fully aware of things to this point, but they have been notified of the situation. She wanted me to pass that along to you guys.

A while back, Steve apparently egged Nick at Elissa's place, or something like that. Nick filed a report on it. Elissa is trying to get info from Nick about the report, like the officer who took it, the report number, the phone number to contact. Nick apparently isn't giving it out, saying he's done with it all. I'm not surprised. My feeling is that he doesn't want to give the information out because he's afraid of something being done in a legal manner, and the truth coming out.

One of those comcasts must be me.

TMK - You might be better off sending that e-mail out as a registered letter with a return receipt. It'll cost $4.42 per letter. That way you have a paper trail if you need it later.

We were going to likely send things out as registered letters, because then we do have the documentation that they were received. We're trying to be careful about what we do and how we do it, so that we have as much to fall back on as we need.

Update on the whole Nick/Exodus thing. Exodus and his "buddies" seem to be having fun in their own thread. Haven't been messaging myself or Coco as far as we can tell. Fairly quiet from Nick too. He just calls a few times and leaves 5 minute long voice mails. Hopefully this will continue along this more desired, more calm path.

I'm sure eventually the phone calls will die down...but I would suggest either seeing if you can block his phone..(since I'd assume he's drunk) or getting your phone # changed.

I was just seeing what RonJon was talking about as far as Shaggy being the host of the "Nick Haters" thread.

When you post a link in a thread to a thread, using a zero as the first post #, it will show the creator of the thread.

It is showing up as Shaggy as the creator.

But if what RonJon is saying is true, the person could have started the thread under another name, then switched the name to Shaggy.

That doesn't make sense though.

Being 100% is whats important. If these other names are not him and in fact real people how long will they hang around? Like you said, when it's time to pony up the cash they aren't going to pay for it. So the problem of all those people and names will hopefully fix itself regardless.

Anybody seen Nick sign on here today as his Wicked Nick account? He's been calling Coco a fair amount today about the same thing. We've sent an egram, and I've left a voicemail on his phone. Wanting to see if he's got it or not.

Cancel the Nick watch. He got the message. Call him telling him not to call Coco, and then he calls her 3 times. Oh, he thinks that her and started the one thread. And he wants her to have her friend Steve stop calling him.

For you computer savvy people there, we're trying to document and save the egrams we're getting from Nick, Exodus, etc. Our egrams are getting numerous. Any suggestions on other ways we can save the egrams?

This is just me, I would print screen them and save as a JPEG. THen you can name the file the date and time of the message etc. At least that way you can clear up your egrams.
