Apparently both her and I are being stalked, since Exodus says that he has pictures and video of me. One thing I can't get about Exodus, is a few days ago he said he'd stop following me and all that crap if Coco would be Nick's friend. He was being compassionate for Nick, or some crap like that. She gave an answer that tried to be vague, but he kept pressing her for a definite answer. After she said she would try (she'll be friendly to him when together at Cooler events), he relented some. Then a few days later after being compassionate for Nick and supposedly helping him out, he goes off and beats the crap out of him? That just doesn't seem logical to me.

There is nothing logical about any of this. It's like a bad movie.

If the stalking continues, I would contact someone to get help with that. Stalking often leads to other unsavory things.

Yeah, we're going to talk with my brother who is in law enforcement next week. I was looking online, apparently it's $245 to get a restraining order against a person.

An order for protection could very well help. It's usually only the truly insane that ignore that.

Getting a Harassment Restraining Order (H.R.O.)

A person who is a victim of harassment may seek a restraining order from the court. The person or guardian of a minor who is the victim of harassment may seek a restraining order on behalf of the minor. The restraining order prohibits harassment. A restraining order may be issued against an individual who has engaged in harassment, or against organizations which have sponsored or promoted harassment.

Harassment includes:

Repeated, intrusive, or unwanted acts, words, or gestures that are intended to adversely affect your safety, security, or privacy, regardless of the relationship between you and the alleged harasser;

Targeted residential picketing, which includes:

marching, standing, or patrolling by one or more persons directed solely at a particular residential building in a manner that adversely affects the safety, security, or privacy of an occupant of the building, and

marching, standing, or patrolling by one or more persons which prevents an occupant of a residential building from gaining access to or exiting from the property on which the residential building is located.

A pattern of attending public events after being notified that one's presence is harassing to another.

Instructions: Fill out the Petitioner's Affidavit and Petition for Restraining Order. Provide as many details as possible.

The court administrator will provide forms and clerical assistance; check with that office if you have questions.

A filing fee may be charged; check with your local court administrator.

The court may issue a temporary restraining order, which is only effective until the hearing. You must attend the hearing to get an order that will be effective for a longer time.

A copy of any order must be served on the respondent (the alleged harasser). Thanks OTS. That looks a lot like the website I looked at before. I did a google search on "ramsey county restraining order". We don't want it to come to this, but think it may have to.

I can say that just from reading a certain persons blogs that the whole story isn't being told on his side of the fence.

I'm sorry to see you two are having to deal with this kind of nonsense. But thank you for getting the whole story out there so we at least have an idea whats really happening and with that giving us a chance to do what we can at least here.

Several years back Scribe had to get a restraining order against her ex on behalf of our oldest (This was before I adopted Rory).

It didn't cost her anything, I think because of Rory being a minor.

Coco told me something a bit scary and sad last night. She was at the doctors office, and saw a pamphlet on emotional abuse. She's had to deal with more than half of the symptoms/signs listed on it.

Yeah, she's experienced over half of them with Nick/Exodus. She's got both on ignore, but they can still IM her. She's to a point where she's afraid to go home by herself, she feels blackmailed into being Nick's friend.

That's just messed up.

Mystical Muzik says she's used an AIM IP tracer, and that she's talked to both Exodus & Nick on the same day and they had the same IP. Coco also told of a story of back when her and Nick just broke up, apparently Mystical and Nick had an AIM convo. Mystical approached Coco about it, since Nick was supposedly saying some bad things about her (Coco). Coco approached Nick about it, and he said something different. Both Nick and Mystical gave different logs of the IM conversation. Coco at the time believed Mystical had forged the one convo or made it up. Now with all that's gone on, she thinks the opposite. That Mystical was telling the truth and Nick changed it or made it up.

Dunno, just that it's screwed up. My guess is that alcohol has a part in this somewhere.

We keep trying to tell the people on Nick's side that she doesn't have to be friends with him if she doesn't want to. That it's stupid for her to be friends with someone she doesn't want to be friends with. Nick has pushed for it, Exodus has pushed for it. She got emails from two different "friends" of Nick, both of who were saying she needs to be his friend (even though in the same emails at points they were saying crap about her).

Just read that post that Exodus posted here back a few weeks ago. The one that Kitch deleted - DOes that sound like someone who "hates" Nick?

methinks one of the policies that needs to be in place at a higher level to prevent this from happening is that the $10 needs to be nonrefundable. that way its really gonna cost to do this crap.

Interesting development. I just learned out that my brother is a security guard at the same hospital that Steve/Exodus works at. He knows that he works there, doesn't remember the face though. Gotta figure out how to use this to our advantage.

Interesting development. Coco talked with Nick not too long ago. She made Nick give her Steve's information on where he lived. 10 minutes later Coco got an egram from Steve saying that someone trashed his car last night, and that he was done with trying to make her be friends with Nick. Like he was removing himself from the situation. It's "coincidences" like this which makes me think even more that Nick is Exodus.

Whoever is behind all this nonsense is one sick dude/dudette. CM - alcohol can certainly play a part of the sickness. You're right about that.

Skizzo is Exodus' brother Scott. Of course now he has to message Coco, after having not really gotten involved with these things up to this point. According to Mystical, Scott and Steve aren't really that close.

KelKel is obviously a fake.

So, what to do about these losers?

If it were up to me, I'd boot em.

Show that we're not going to tolerate any shit.

In a case like this I would have to agree. This goes beyond a small personal conflict.
