I've spent all week so far in Columbia, SC, helping staff health fairs for a client of mine that's a large health plan here in the south. We're doing it for the county workers here, and today, it was the 300 staff members at the detention center.

It was not fun. It was really fucking scary and creepy all at the same time.

"Nothing like walking through 4 miles of razor wire on your way to work" I always say.

I ended up at the cheap ass roseville theatre last night once again by myself, for dollar tuesday and saw The Longest Yard.... its funny as hell.... for some reason I dont remember the original being as much of a comedy

Foul play called unlikely after body found in woods

A man's body was found Wednesday afternoon in a wooded area in Burnsville, police said.

The man's name and age won't be released until an autopsy is done and relatives are notified, police said. Foul play is not suspected, they said.

The body was found about 3 p.m. in the woods on the 1600 block of 143rd Street, police said. The body appeared to have been there for several days and was in an advanced state of decomposition. It could not be seen from the road.

Just so you know, I got my sister and brother-in-law hooked on the geocaching. I told them about it this morning and they have already found 5 caches (one by King Boreas) and are in the process of making one of their own. (They live next to a park in Princeton) I would like to try it but don't own a GPS.

I can't believe none of the coolers applied!!! I think they (the producers) would definately find our medallion hunt addicts interesing and quirky. I didn't see the deadline, but they still let you download an application. Maybe they are expecting it to be a hit and are gearing up for second series. It seem to be similar to Amazing Race in the sense that it is global, but it seems more difficult with the clues and puzzle solving.
