Only 3 rosebud ideas have made sense to me: 1)the larry hodgson memorial at como (but few other clues fit) 2)Mother lode+rosebud= mama rosa's pasta and 3)something to do with the movie "Citizen Kane"

mr.fee this is a place for people to share ideas about the hunt. Why don't you grow up or leave. We don't have time to deal with your childness.

Mr Fee Rosebud is a sled in the movie Citizen Kane. It means look for a sledding area (like at Cherokee). It may also be a clue to the container. Remember, this is not a chat room (though it is great for chatting, I agree). You can page back through the messages and get answers to almost anything you need answered. Sleep well everyone out there.

Como??!! The woman in Iowa that had nine thousand kids at once had fewer stretch marks than that idea! I better go to sleep now!

since i was a little one . Remember reading the dictonary for mom and friend. Going with and getting the paper from the corner paper guy riding the loop before it was called the loop. Back when there were 2 clues a day. Those were the days. Then you had something to keep you going. Now if the clue is well you know ..... you sort of lose interest just because you can't figure out where to put your shovel. Well at least today we got to make some great snowpeople at the bottom of Mounds.

We saw the snowpeople when we drove through. Looks like you had fun doing that. We have been hunting for 28 years now and used to help my mom figure out the clues.

Gimper, That's how I feel. Maybe it's denial. We just don't want to go there do we? They went home to take pictures and show everyone. Give until noon.

As for they guy trying to avoid his taxes, I'd say he didn't buy a button. If you do it for him, HE will make an extra $500 as well! If you do it, make sure you get $800-$1000 (depending on your tax bracket)

"Rosebud" is a reference to a Sioux battle which occured in South Dakota in the late 1800's. I believe that Mounds Park is a Sioux burial ground. Also, a rose that does not bloom only bears thorns, the name of a street in the vicinity of Mounds Park.

Hey everybody, any more ideas on the double division clue? Seems you can make one up for just about every park.

Sun, 02/01/1998 - 12:26 AM Permalink
What?

I think the "race" clue is very, very important...any ideas?

Ok I blew it Im not very Talk page savy!

You all know who I am and I can't change that now.

SO!!!

Is there a sliding hill(or something similar) at Newell Park??

Also sometimes the 2nd or 3rd clue means what the Medallion is in.

So It's in something to do with "Rosebud"?

P.S. I wanted to be "APOLLO" but i screwed up and put my name in.

Rats.
